Customers frequently praise the facility's helpful and professional staff, noting that employees assist with unit selection, explain pricing, and maintain clear communication throughout the rental process. The property is described as clean, easy to navigate, and offering competitive rates that are often lower than online estimates. However, long-term customers report significant dissatisfaction following a change in ownership, citing abrupt price increases, reduced access security, and difficulty reaching management for service issues.

I have worked with Mary at the El Paso Storage Units Crosswoods for several years now. Her dedication is unsurpassed. I've used other storage places, but no one has the dedication that Mary provides. The only issue that I have is the fact I'm paying quite a bit more than they're charging other customers. Keep in mind, this does not involve the local personnel in any way. They are fabulous and they are lucky to have Mary as a representative. Also, the units are clean and the grounds maintained. I feel they have a good security system as well. Good choice.
Mary in the front office is professional and very helpful. I've never had a better storage unit experience! Great facility, easy to navigate and good communication.
Mary was amazing! She assisted me in getting the appropriate size storage for my needs. Took the time to explain prices and availability and even took me to see unit. She is the sweetest and has the best attitude!
I ended up going to the wrong facility, but it was a wonderful mistake!! Amazing experience and I recommend this place for all your storage needs. Their prices are hard to beat as well. Love it!
