Ralph. ALWAYS so courteous and friendly. Did not have any units for date needed it, but put me on a wait lists. I have rented here about 10 years ago and love it. I did find somewhere else cheaper, but for great customer service etiquette, I can pay the difference! Plus, free month, can't beat that.
