I had a 27 year old Trane system that was still functioning perfect and knew I wanted to replace the existing with Trane. I had several quotes from Trane reps but Ron with Elder was not only the cheapest, his communication with what I was wanting was key, he didn’t try to upsell anything and their almost 5 star rating with over 600 reviews put me at ease with picking them. During and after the install I was not disappointed, the team they sent out, Ed and Austin, was very courteous aiming to please, and performed a very professional install. After the installation, technicians were informative explaining the features of the new unit and did a great job cleaning up after. I’m very pleased with everything!

Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am thankful we had someone to come to work on the air conditioner with a quick response. The heat has been at 100 degrees this week. My husband and I appreciate everyone's time and work to ensure our air conditioner was working.

I highly recommend Elder Heating and Air for all your HVAC needs! Their technician, Brandon, did an outstanding job inspecting and thoroughly cleaning both my HVAC system and my daughter’s system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire visit, and he took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing.
Brandon was extremely thorough and made sure both systems were operating properly before he left. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and the high quality of his work. I will absolutely be using Elder Heating and Air again for any future HVAC needs. Excellent service from start to finish!
