Phenomenal! Gina, Robert, and their crew made my wedding absolutely perfect! They took all the stress away from everything from setup to cleanup. The food was so delicious and my guests are still raving about it. I highly recommend them for anyone's catering needs.

My husband and I used Elegant Occasions as the catering service for our recent June wedding and truly can't recommend Gina and her team enough! All booking steps leading up to our wedding day went smoothly, and Gina's consistent communication was so helpful. We enjoyed a fabulous tasting before our wedding day and felt like we were being treated like family throughout the whole process. We decided to include the add on of having Gina as our wedding day of coordinator as well and have zero regrets. She was professional, organized, attentive, and thought of all the little details that made our day extra special and memorable. The food was phenomenal, and every guest we spoke to said the same. We opted for a full/open bar service as well and our guests raved about our featured cocktail. Gina was kind and thoughtful enough to always have my favorite drink on standby. I appreciated her caring and attentive work ethic and approach. You truly can't go wrong with Elegant Occasions and we wish we could relive our wedding day with them all over again!

Gina, Chef Robert, and and their team were nothing short of fantastic. The food was fresh and delicious and we got raving complements from many of our guests. The BEST vendor we had for our wedding (and that is a high bar). From their complete package and pricing (limit the number of vendors you need!), to our phenomenal tasting experience, to their IMPECCABLE service the day of, they are top-notch across the board. They flawlessly executed everything we asked of them. The food was absolutely delicious. They made sure everyone was served so no one was ever hungry nor thirsty. Gina is an absolute GEM of a human and Chef Robert knows how to make a mean meal. Everyone at our event was so pleased with their food and how kind and helpful all their servers were. I cannot recommend them enough!

It's hard to express how much impact food played in our wedding celebration. Gina & Chef Robert and their staff were incredible, attentive, and helpful during during our reception. We booked with Elegant Occasions for our wedding - the Time to Graze menu. TL;DR - highly recommended. Gina was our Point of Contact. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel very certain during the planning process. She had a great eye for the event. I'd recommend her event planning services as well! The food was excellent. Our tasting menu was nearly identical to the day-of food. The layout and diversity included was excellent. I highly recommend the cheese and onion canape - it is delicious and was a crowd favorite! I especially enjoyed that it was a family operation - the bartender was one of their kids! I'd highly recommend Elegant Occasions for your wedding. The food, service, and cleanup was highly organized and flawless.

The attention to detail and delicious food made our wedding a success. Gina and her staff are amazing, very friendly, and professional. They made sure that the groom and I were fed and had a drink/water at hand at all time. We will def use them for future parties. We highly recommend them.

Where do I even begin when it comes to expressing how amazing the Elegant Occasions team is?! We worked with Gina & Chef Robert for our summer solstice wedding in the Bay Area, and everything about our experience was flawless. Gina was responsive and helpful from our first time in contact, and it was immediately clear not only how experienced and savvy she is in the catering world, but also how creative, thoughtful and caring she is! When it came to the day of our wedding, every sip and bite was absolutely decadent, and we have not stopped fielding compliments from all of our guests over the yummy, delicious food and drink! As the bride and groom, Gina made sure to move in the background and ensure we were taken care of all day long. The signature cocktails & welcome mocktails, late night chicken and waffles, presentation of the bar and buffets, custom text for our menus…this list never ends! We cannot thank Gina, Chef Robert and team enough, and I will be recommend for all future events and friends!

Elegant Occasions was so amazing and incredible to work with! I honestly don't know where to begin this review as we were blown away with Gina, Chef Robert and the team. From day 1, Gina was very responsive, knowledgeable and accommodating to all questions, comments or concerns we had. She even addressed my parents' questions before they had a chance to ask them! Throughout the entire process Gina had such a fun, confident energy to help guide us. We did not have a wedding planner but did use Gina as a day of coordinator, and couldn't have been more pleased. She was there setting up tables, helping to serve drinks, food, and also coordinating our vendors. During the evening, she aided in adjusting timing for our special day to go smoothly. On top of that, all the food Chef Robert made was delicious. Our guests noted this whole team's professionalism and friendliness, all leaving with full and happy bellies! My family and I would highly recommend Elegant Occasions to anyone looking for a caterer and can't say enough good things about them. They are truly the best!
