They did an excellent job bringing our ideas together into a cohesive, beautiful, and homey vision for our townhome. Sherri’s Designer-4-a-Day approach is smart and she quickly helped us envision what the house could be. We had debated for months on color choices and our remodel was already under way so we needed a plan that made sense to both of us. She analyzed the reflective light in each room to helped us choose just the right shade of paint. She provided keen insights on trim, fixtures, and decor so that we have a long term road map for anything we want to do on our home. And she and Isabella created a design board with links to fixtures and paint colors for each room. Well worth the investment! We feel great about the choices and are excited about our remodeling project after breaking through the design roadblock we had encountered.

I am speechless. Sherri and Isabel arrived and I immediately felt at ease. We discussed goals for the day and nothing was off the table. They helped me find words to describe my space and answered design questions along the way helping me understand exactly what I wanted for each space. Ultimately, trusting designers like Sherri and Isabel was so easy because they took time to understand how the space was used and then found beautiful AND functional options. My family entertains for large groups always, so every inch of our space needs to be intentional. Having such talented designers for the day made it all so enjoyable and we made tremendous progress. At the end of the day, I had design boards for each space with links so I can purchase now. Kristy joined the crew with her magical organizational eye and I was so grateful. She evaluated what we had and worked with the space to create better systems that my busy family of 5 can use effectively. Everything we did was intentional and I feel like we can actually adopt the new systems immediately. I signed up for the monthly organization membership so we can continue to organize the garage spaces, boys' bedrooms, basement and all the other areas that collect clutter. This fabulous trio was beyond amazing! THANK YOU! 6 month update…Christy and I have been working together on organizing and she’s a dream. She’s the exact person I needed - calm, understanding but wonderful enough to help me build the confidence to purge. We moved unexpectedly last spring and I was overwhelmed in every way possible. She started with a plan for all of my spaces and we have slowly moved room by room. She has fabulous ideas and continues to adapt and innovate to our ever changing lifestyle. As a mom of 3 boys, there is SO much stuff always and she has graciously taught me to always have a purpose and place for everything we have. I strongly recommend her services, worth every single penny!

Such a wonderful experience with Sherri and Isabel through their Designer 4 A Day service. I immediately knew we were in good hands! After being in our new house for a little over a year, I was feeling overwhelmed by the layout, what furniture to buy, colors and materials, and a lot of ideas. I had so many things I liked but just didn’t know where to start. Sherri and Isabel took the vision I had for our home and how I wanted it to feel and turned it into a cohesive plan that I could actually see coming to life. They asked thoughtful questions to understand how we envision using each space and came up with creative solutions that were purposeful and fun. Throughout the day, they walked me through how each room could come together and made it so much easier to picture all of the individual elements working together. A few ideas for our main living space could be done through full-service design, so we also talked about what that could look like and how it could build upon the decisions and progress we’ve already made. I left the day feeling inspired, excited, and no longer overwhelmed about where to begin. I’m so excited to continue working with Sherri and her team to bring everything to life and turn our house into the warm, welcoming home we imagined.

We had a great time meeting with Sherri and team today. The onboarding steps (questionnaire and virtual call) were very helpful in getting off to a running start once they arrived. We got a lot done while they were here in person and look forward to the final product in a few days time. We don’t have a specific style or great sense of decor, but we do know how we want our home to feel. I think they have done a great job of capturing our ideas and feelings and turning them in to tangible, well styled design.

Sherri and Isabel spent a very productive Designer-for-a-(half) Day session with us. We asked to focus on making the entryway more than a pass-through and brightening up our dark dining room and kitchen. Later in a 30 minute follow up session we focused on family room built-ins decor. It was easy to work with this efficient team who helped us with decisions we had been struggling with for years, such as wall paint color and kitchen countertop choice. They helped us select more modern elements and fabrics to integrate harmoniously with our cherished pieces, creating a more elevated yet functional look that still reflected items/history meaningful to us. The day after our session, we had a detailed multi page design plan and an accompanying per-room spreadsheet with order links for all of the furniture and decor items that we landed on. This included "Style Direction" with specific recommendations for colors and materials to use in our home, as well as guidance for textures, patterns, art and lighting and helpful interior design style "rules." If you have a similar project where you'd like a complete or partial design done professionally and quickly, this would be a great option.

Sherri at Designer 4-A-Day was exactly who I was looking for! Her service is perfect for anyone who has lots of ideas, treasured pieces they’ve collected over a lifetime, and wants help bringing it all together in a new space. Not everyone has the gift of seeing how everything will work, and I was completely stuck for over a year. After moving into our new home with one large open living area, I couldn’t make any decisions. I hadn’t bought lamps, end tables, counter stools, or even a chair because I couldn’t figure out how to blend our older, meaningful pieces with the new items we still needed. I didn’t want to waste money randomly buying furniture and décor that wouldn’t fit our vision. Sherri changed all of that. She truly listened—not just to what I wanted the space to look like, but how I wanted it to feel for the family and friends who will gather here. She helped me create a plan that honored the pieces I already loved while introducing the right colors, textures, and furnishings to make everything flow beautifully. Instead of filling the house with “more stuff,” she helped me create a home that feels intentional, welcoming, and uniquely ours. I an in the middle of a buildout for a modern, Nordic-inspired commercial space in Alaska. I had issues finding a local firms who understands modern, elevated taste and are professional. The options here are frustratingly limited. I reached out to Elevated Simplicity to help design a reception area. They were exceedingly professional and very prompt. They did considerable prep work before our meeting. We were able to generate a detailed plan with furniture, finishes, flooring, accent pieces within one short meeting. Sherri and her team are strong communicators and addressed all my concerns while providing expert advice. Their use of technology to precisely visualize where and how the space should flow was leaps above a designer I utilized back home. They are very adept serving clients out of state. I have been previously burned and this firm is the real deal. When I first met Sherri, I literally felt a ball of stress leave my body because it was clear she is well-seasoned and a genuine design expert. The time and money spent was excellent value. I would not have achieved this result otherwise. I have been raving about this firm to my friends/colleagues in Alaska. I highly recommend Elegant Simplicity for any of your design needs.
