I’ve been seeing Sheri since 2022, and I can’t recommend her enough. She has helped me tremendously with shoulder and upper back pain, as well as anxiety related to stress. Her treatments are highly effective and delivered with true professionalism and care.
Her space is welcoming and boutique-like — never cold or clinical — which makes every visit comfortable. Beyond acupuncture, she has also supported me with broader wellness coaching, and over time has become not just a therapist, but a trusted friend.
Her wellness-inspired podcast is also one of my top listens.
My Friday appointments became immediately a must-have and looking-forward habit to decompress from the week and enjoy my weekend!

I have seen Sheri since 2019 for acupuncture and cupping. She is an incredible practitioner and her space is very peaceful. She has helped me with all sorts of ailments as well as anxiety. She is the absolute best around and would/have recommend her to many friends.

I have been going to Element 5, seeing Sheri, since Dec 2013.
For the last 12 years, whenever something happens to me, i.e. lung issues with seasonal allergies, broken bones (for example see 2025 photo), tiredness/fatigue I see Sheri and she helps the healing process and makes it all better with acupuncture.
My first visit, when I walked in an saw all the herbs Etc I knew I was in the right place because those items I am familiar with from my childhood.
Sheri is an amazing listener and asks all the right questions to help solve the issue. I am so lucky I found Element 5/Sheri when I moved to Houston.
Definitely go to Element 5/Sheri because she has experience and a great background/foundation with Chinese medicine/acupuncture. You will be in good hands!!!

Sheri is absolutely amazing! In a world where people are rushing you through appointments Sheri takes the time to connect with you and listen to what you are dealing with. She has helped me navigate a variety of health challenges (joint pain, inflammation, nervous systems regulation just to name a few) and has made such a difference! She is the best!
