The customer service was very good. They are very punctual and very schedule oriented. They do quick work and payment options are very convenient as well. Apart from the company itself, I enjoyed conversing with Constantine. He was personable and down to earth from what I experienced at that time. Their price seemed a bit steep, but their service was very professional.
Great experience with our Miele range repair! The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything really well. Communication was great too, they kept us updated about the parts and scheduled the repair for the next day. Everything went smooth and easy. Denis was also very careful with our floors and cabinets, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend!
Constantine was very efficient and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue with my refrigerator and made repairs in a timely fashion. I highly recommend their services.
