I’ve been going to Elements for several years and highly recommend. It may take a few times to find the massage therapist that best aligns to your needs, but they have many excellent and some truly outstanding ones. Front desk staff is always great - especially Q. Waiting area and treatment rooms are peaceful, clean and welcoming. Price is absolutely reasonable, especially if you are a member.

Alisha is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever worked with. I’ve been getting routine massages for over four years to manage tension in my back, neck, and glutes, and my body has never felt better since I started seeing her. She truly takes her time with each session, ensuring you feel a noticeable difference every time you get off the table. I couldn’t recommend her more to anyone looking for a dedicated and effective therapist

They seemed to waste alot of time with empty talk and paperwork before my 90 min massage. Then my therapist had to go to the rest room while I awaited for another 10 minutes, and this cut my prepaid session to just 65 minutes, which was supposed to be a special Mothers Day deal. Not happy about driving a long distance and paying for a shortened session.

Very chill and relaxing vibe from the moment I walked in until I checked out and left. Q, at the front desk, was warm and welcoming, and also quick and efficient. The waiting area was conducive to getting me in the right mindset. Kyler, my massage therapist, was very good. It was a great experience all around. There was no hard selling. I would definitely go back.
