An absolute game-changer for strength athletes. I would recommend Chase, Clint, and the team at Elevate in an instant. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my care. I was dealing with constant, debilitating back pain that completely wrecked my training. As a powerlifter with a 180kg max deadlift who normally reps 140kg comfortably, I was sidelined to the point where I couldn’t even pull a 70kg single and I was hurting just going about my daily life. I’ve always been super cautious of chiropractors and avoided them entirely. But after the third time my coach recommended Elevate, I finally bit the bullet and made an appointment. It’s the best decision I’ve made. Chase has a great, friendly bedside manner that immediately puts you at ease. He accurately diagnosed my issue in the first session and explained it in a way that actually made sense, helping me stay mindful throughout the process so I never felt uncomfortable. He accessibly answered a huge range of questions whenever they came up, whether I was curious about the specific treatment happening in the moment, or asking how to infuse different movement modalities into my training regimen. His hands-on treatments (adjustments, scraping work, and laser therapy) offered immediate relief every single session. But what gave me lasting change was how they integrate everything. Chase and Clint (my rehab specialist) prescribed exercises and drills that fit seamlessly right into my existing workouts. They even partnered directly with my powerlifting coach and reviewed my deadlift form to make sure my training kept me competitive while also prioritizing longevity. I'm in the final legs of my program, but can already confidently say: if you're an athlete dealing with severe pain, definitely go see Chase and the team!

I saw Chase Brown for many months to work on a few complex issues from getting destroyed by rocking climbing and sitting at desk as my only two activities. I had already seen many professionals in the field and they shied away from the difficulty but Chase thrived on it. He was kind, articulate and has a healing hand. Can't recommend him enough.
If you are looking for care that feels safe, intentional, well researched, evidence based, extremely ethical and trauma informed - Dr. Chase Brown is just that. He is a spectacular provider who is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle and approachable. Working with him helped me reduce significant pain in my knees (yes chiropractors can work on your legs too!!), low back and shoulders and when I returned to see him again after a car accident, he made sure I was able to get an appointment right away and even helped me navigate making an insurance claim. He is an unbelievable asset to have on your team and in your corner. Make the right choice for you and your body and book NOW with Dr. Chase! You don't even need to thank me because I already know your life is going to change for the better :)
I went in to see Dr. Chase Brown after an old cross-fit injury in my lower back flared up and was essentially immobile. After an adjustment and a few additional treatments my pain was quickly alleviated. Dr. Brown prescribed an at home regimen of regular stretches and targeted exercises to continue my path to healing. Within no time, I was back to my old self and back in the gym. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Chase Brown!
I truly cannot recommend Elevate and Dr. Chase Brown enough. I have been seeing Chase over the past year and a half, off and on, due to chronic pain in my knee and hip. And truly, whenever I see Chase, I feel better. The care, manual work, and expertise he provides me provide the building blocks to keep getting stronger on my own. If I do what he says, I feel better! Simple as that. I recently have been having really bad hip pain, and going to Dr. Chase has already helped immensely lessen the pain, but also help strengthen so it goes away. If you are living in pain, I would highly recommend Elevate, and especially Dr. Chase.
Chase and the whole Elevate team are the best in the biz. I appreciate the time and care Chase takes with me when I come in for an appointment. He never rushes and always listens to my concerns, I always leave feeling better than when I came in. You can tell he really cares for each and every one of his patients. I can’t recommend Dr Chase enough!
TLDR - They didn't really help me with my initial reason for visiting in the first place, ended up giving me a new and worse injury in the process, refused to accomodate my reasonable communication preferences under the ADA, and have yet to do anything to resolve their extreme lack of professionalism and the overall terrible care. Would not recommend, and my visits over several months just confirm my understanding that (at least these) chiropractors are not real doctors. I visited Elevate to get some help with a minor hand injury from a few months before that had some residual tightness and was taking a while to get back to full strength. After quite a few visits every week with Chase & some with another PT and only seeing a slight improvement (plus a not insignificant copay) I was already beginning to think I should look into other physical therapists who might be able to assist me better, or at least more affordably. Then it all got way worse. After voicing my thoughts on not really feeling much improvement, Chase decided to take a different approach and performed an "adjustment" on my elbow in the hopes it would loosen things up through my arm and into my hand. It did not. In fact it made the tightness in my hand worse and created a severe pain and discomfort in my elbow that was mild to begin with but got worse and worse over time. I mentioned this in my next visit and they didn't really do anything to acknowledge or address it. Then it got worse, and worse, to the point it began affecting my ability to do normal tasks in daily life and even my ability to sleep some nights due to the discomfort. I'd stopped scheduling appointments as it only ever just got worse after, and then reached out to have them address the root of the problem - their having injured me in the first place - and help me find a resolution with another physical therapist. I have an odd schedule which makes phone calls difficult to plan especially during normal business hours, but on top of this I have difficulty hearing certain frequencies and so I could not speak over the phone without someone there to help facilitate the conversation. I spent nearly a month back and forth emailing the owner ("Dr." Jason) asking nothing more than to be respected and seeking a simple and amicable resolution only to be met with an absolute refusal to just discuss my issue and needs over email - insisting I call even after I made it abundantly clear I cannot communicate effectively over the phone. Jason continually said email is not an effective means of communication even though the literal only impediment to effective communication in about a dozen email exchanges to date has been his unwillingness to just actually discuss the details we need to discuss - over email. Everything that needed to be discussed could have been handled in no more than three emails, as far as I'm concerned, if they just took me seriously and had the decency to enage with me professionally. On top of the abundant disrespect, I believe their refusal to communicate through email is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities act and was wholly because they didn't want to take responsbility or be accountable for their actions in this format. On top of this Jason made several very wild assumptions and veiled accusations about me, my schedule, and lifestyle. I'm disgusted by this behavior and inability to engage with my good faith efforts to find a resolutuon to the problems their practice created for me. I can in no way recommend ECR for anything positively except to say that Amelia at the front desk has a very welcoming personality and was always very kind to me during my visits. The single star I have to give them goes to her, otherwise it would be zero stars for the rest of my interactions with their business - from the lack of actual improvements over the entire time I visited them, to the additional injury caused by the chiropractic compulsion to pop joints first and ask questions later, and especially the extreme disrespect I've been met with at every attempt to find a resolution
I really appreciated working with Dr. Daniel at Elevate Chiropractice and Rehab when some severe back and neck pain arose for me (this is 40.) The clinic was very responsive and I was able to get an appointment the next day. The combination of a detailed assessment, hands on adjustments and coached physical therapy in the first session was educational and gave me immediate relief. During the subsequent sessions I progressed in recovering and the issue fully resolved. I've already recommended Elevate and Dr. Daniel to friends and will continue to do so!
Dr. Daniel Braff is awesome! I came in with chronic neck pain and a knee injury, and he helped me tackle both issues. He is a great listener, and a great guy in general. I was told previously that I need knee surgery, and he advised that I at least try strengthening. I am glad I trusted him because within a month I improved significantly and have avoided surgery. My knee used to lock up constantly while walking and now I can even hike and play sports again with few issues. Daniel gave me helpful exercises and made me feel comfortable with the level of pain during exercises; I learned to distinguish between normal growing pains and true harmful pain. My chronic neck pain of 3+ years is complicated. It can be daunting to address, but Daniel instantly gave me so much relief. I am still working on preventing flare ups because much of it has to do with poor posture over time, but I am SO much better off than before. One of the greatest things about this treatment is I finally have the tools to help myself when I can't make it in to see a provider. These longterm tools will help me hopefully reach complete healing. Rehab specialist, Clint, is kind, offers great directions and support, and is clearly a wonderful person. He works well with providers to give you the best care and makes sure you don’t have any questions before you leave. Shoutout to Amelia, the office manager (aka the sweet face you always see at the front desk). She is diligent, kind, and attentive to detail. Her warmth really makes visits at Elevate even more enjoyable. Thanks to the whole team, such a gem of a place.
I am very pleased with my recent experience at Elevate. Jason was very attentive as I explained my range-of-motion challenges. Using a deep tissue massage-like therapy called active release technique, he worked through tight affected areas breaking down adhesions. This part of the visit lasted about thirty minutes, at which time I was seen by a PT (after having consulted with Jason) who customized an exercise program to help me re-build strength, improve range-of-motion, etc. We went through a series of exercises, always adjusting for proper form. (After the visit the office sends an email with the exercises in short videos to help you remember). Each visit built on the previous exercises. In total, I had about 6-8 visits, always in the same format. Elevate consists of a team of knowledgeable and caring professionals, in a space that is warm and inviting. I have been to other PT offices in the past that have been adequate and satisfactory. Elevate is co-ordinated and streamlined and made for a seamless experience, leading to, in my case, a speedy recovery. I highly recommend.
