I had a great experience with Elevate Electrical Solutions from start to finish!
From the very beginning, Rick was friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done in detail and patiently answered all my questions. I had asked about several different installation options and locations, and instead of pushing one particular solution, he walked me through the different possibilities so I could make an informed decision.
They also offered me a military discount, which I genuinely appreciated. Before choosing Elevate, I contacted several other electrical companies to compare prices. Elevate wasn’t necessarily the cheapest, but their pricing was fair and competitive, falling somewhere in the middle of the quotes I received. Ultimately, it was Rick’s professionalism, honesty, and willingness to work with me that earned my business. I truly believe he did everything he could to help me out and make sure I was satisfied.
The crew that came out to complete the installation was equally impressive. Everyone was professional, respectful, and incredibly customer-service oriented. One thing I especially appreciated was that they communicated with me and asked for my approval before doing anything. They made sure I was comfortable with the decisions being made throughout the installation process.
These days, it can be difficult to find a company that combines quality work, fair pricing, professionalism, and genuine customer service. Elevate Electrical Solutions delivered on all of those things.
I don’t usually go out of my way to write lengthy reviews, but when a company treats its customers this well, I believe they deserve recognition.
The next time I need electrical work done, I will 100% be calling Rick and his crew again. I highly recommend Elevate Electrical Solutions to anyone looking for an electrician who genuinely values their customers and takes pride in their work.

Rick and Angel did an excellent job installing a Tesla Wall Connector at my home. Since my breaker panel is on the opposite side of the house from the garage, they had to run the wiring through the attic and down into the garage, but they still completed the entire job in just a few hours. They were professional, efficient, and did very clean work. I went from charging at about 3 miles of range per hour using the Tesla Mobile Connector on a standard 120V outlet to 48 miles of range per hour with the Wall Connector and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They’re also on Tesla’s Certified Installer list which gave me added peace of mind knowing the Wall Connector was being installed properly and in accordance with Tesla’s installation requirements. Highly recommend!
