It’s a great gym! It’s always clean, the coaches are great and the community is so fun and encouraging! Definitely recommend this gym if you are looking for a healthy mix of strength, cardio and functional training.
Its clean and truly a great community to work out. There are some awesome instructors here. Laura and Tony are great at paying attention to your form, making corrections, and helping you get the most out of every workout. They’re also good at finding the right weight for you and pushing you just enough. The workouts are always challenging, but I can definitely feel the difference afterward! Xylie and Liv are always so nice and friendly. They’re happy to answer any questions during class and will encourage you all the way through, especially when you feel like giving up. You feel supported, challenged, and can actually see and feel the progress you’re making. Highly recommend!
Free 2 hours parking in the garage which is a plus. Lots of people don't know about it. Me and my wife love to come here when we are in Bellevue and avoid the rush hour traffic.

Fantastic gym with staffs and trainers who make you feel like part of the community! The setting is chill but trust me, the coaches keep pushing you to do better.

They're so technical and make my workout very intense. Not a borring workout. They have Hyrox training too. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The gym is really clean, I went there with my husband. Wish I can workout more than once a week. Loved how the coach always there to correct my posture. I’ve learned a few techniques to improve my workout routine.
Fast paced workouts, I feel stronger, look better and have more confidence. I love the results.
