My husband and I had our home inspection today with Kyle, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Kyle was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and thorough throughout the entire inspection. He welcomed us to follow him around and ask questions without ever making us feel like we were being a bother. He took the time to explain what he was doing, why it mattered, and even taught us a few things along the way. We really appreciated how patient, approachable, and informative he was. As first-time homebuyers, having someone who genuinely takes the time to educate you and make you feel comfortable means so much. We left feeling much more informed and confident. If you have the opportunity to work with Kyle, we highly recommend him! He truly made the entire experience a great one.

I am very happy with my experiences with Marcus. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough during the inspection. We had two inspections since we walked away from the first purchase. We specifically asked for Marcus on the second inspection because we were so happy with his performance the first time around. We also really like the format of the inspection report we received, it is easy to read and understand. I really like how the report tells us which type of contractor would handle each defect.
