Oct 7 Update Please note they are lieing in the response below where they say "no billing concerns were raised prior". There is emails from them, about it. It was in writing prior to this review. Multiple emails. Also just 4 days ago, after not using their services for over 6 months and having absolutely no contact for over 6 months, they decide to charge my credit card for $15 for "services". I emailed them asking- no response. So now they are creating more work for both of us having to deal with a credit card dispute, which naturally will be ruled in my favor as you can not decide to just randomly charge someone 6 months later. Wish they would simply refund me and move on. Original Review: The actual care was fine- no issues there. I took PT sessions there March-May 2026. The physical therapist does know his stuff, sure. However you should be cautious with what they charge you and how they work with insurance. They are not up front about how they do not take all insurances, even though they list "all major insurances accepted" on their website and you provide them your insurance card. Aetna even lists them as "in-network" however, they are not actually fully in network. Even after directly providing the EOB, having my insurance call them to tell them what to do, and various emails, they will not bill insurance correctly. Even when the insurance company directly tells them how to bill correctly. So, you are left with Credit Card charges you never understood because they keep telling you about a "SuperBill", then they tell you via email they are switching you to a "self pay" option you never agreed to or understood. Not to mention the 3% processing fee. Again, no issues with the actual physical therapy. But they will not bill your insurance correctly. I would never have used them if I had to pay $1500 out of pocket. Just be aware. Its a small shop so they do not have adequate insurance billing personnel or procedures who understand insurance or will work with you.
Thank you for sharing this. We are glad the treatment itself met or even exceeded your expectations. As far as the billing side, all patients including you, sign an insurance verification, and pricing disclosure form at their first visit outlining expected costs, and each one of your 16 visits that you attended Physical Therapy was paid individually and an itemized receipt was emailed to you directly after each session. The discrepancy you experienced stems from Aetna and their third-party administrator regarding our network credentialing status. We were informed our status had changed and we billed accordingly, and that information has since been communicated inconsistently between the two organizations. We’ve submitted a formal request with Aetna directly, so we can ensure that claims are billed correctly. We have also provided you and other patients with super bills in the meantime so patients can seek reimbursement per their specific health insurance plans out of network benefits after they have agreed to pay our cash pay price in the meantime because they still chose to treat with us. No billing concerns were raised to our office prior to this review. We welcome the chance to walk-through everything with you directly. Please reach out anytime.
The team is professional, Dr. Emmanuel is skillful ant what he does, after my first session of dry needling, I feel so much better.
I love Elite. The whole staff is amazing and Dr. E is second to none
Best PT I’ve ever been to. Dr. E and his staff are amazing. I wasn’t able to train mma or workout like I used to because of pain in my wrists and elbows but after a week here I was back to normal. Highly recommend!
Dr. E and his staff were amazing. Each time I came in there was a plan and encouragement. I felt like he knew exactly what was needed and I could feel and see the progress weekly. The staff and the facilities are top notch and always clean and working. I have recommended Elite Alliance to anyone I know, as it was exactly what PT should be!
I have been seeing Dr. E for over 4 years now. His level of expertise is unmatched. He has not only treated me but also my teenage son, sister and mom.
I went to Dr. E for ACL reconstruction PT and he, along with his team were amazing. I didn’t make it easy on him with an infection that stalled my progress, but he always made sure I was ready to go before jumping into our sessions. After 10 months, I made a successful recovery and can now live regularly again all thanks to EA.
I walked out feeling 20 years younger, knee good as new and not only that, the service was incredible. Elite Alliance Physical Therapy might as well sign me up to come in every week.
I enjoyed my service, the expertise and professionalism. Everyone was friendly and my visit went very well.
