Elite AutoWorks

Absolutely love working with the team at Elite Autoworks. Truly the best in the business! They've become total trusted advisors for me when it comes to keeping my vehicle in peak shape. Honesty, attention to detail, and quality work are hard to find, but these guys deliver every single time. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with this shop! They communicated clearly throughout the whole process and did a great job handling everything with the warranty company. Highly recommend!

Elite Autoworks provides prompt, professional services at reasonable prices. They now care for our 2003 Mercedes CLK320 and our 2010 Volvo XC60. We highly recommend this company to service your treasured vehicles!

Ive taken my car here multiple times now first for a catalytic converter and now for suspension replacement . The teams communicates well , never updates you on unnecessary upgrades , and will give you an honest review of what is necessary to keep you driving .

TY TY TY!!! This place was recommended and they were fantastic .. awesome to deal with. Extremely patient w my questions & just overall pleasant. I will go back! Sharon

Elite Autoworks has been amazing!! I had been to 4 different mechanics/shops in Castle Rock because my AC would stop providing cold air every year...in June 🤦‍♀️ I was assured repeatedly that I did not have a leak from the tests that were run and a recharge "fixed" it. This June, I took it to Elite Autoworks and… Read full review

Shane and his team are top notch. only place i take my lexus. great communication from start to finish. will always recommend them

Shane & the Team at Elite Auto Works have always been reliable with quality results, but I recently got to try their new window tinting services and I am very impressed with the end product. Not to be missed is also their new facility, which is bigger, cleaner and all around awesome! Thank you for always taking great care of our family’s vehicles!

Great customer service and transparent about each issue to address. Never pressured me on what services to complete, only gave me options with information. Thanks for the service!

First time going to this shop, was recommended from a coworker, then I also saw a bunch of recommendations on a local Castle Rock group. I’ve always been a dealership type, but my mind was changed with the level of customer service, the open space to work while my vehicle was in the shop! Great location and easy to… Read full review

Elite AutoWorks has worked on my truck twice now and my experience has been flawless. No more waiting at Ford for 3 hours for a simple oil change. Their team gives top notch customer service, and their lobby/wifi is comfortable to get work done while you wait. Keep up the good work.

Great service and communication. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles back to Elite AutoWorks!

Went in with an absolute beater of a car just needing an oil change. The front desk here after going over everything else in the most honest/nice way possible really took care of my worries and needs. They even gave me a free tire rotation while times are tough. Couldn’t be more thankful to stumble across these guys today, thank you for all of your help!

What a fantastic experience. Both Carla at the front desk and Tim, the Toyota specialist, were wonderful to work with. Our truck was seen promptly and we were called with the estimate for the repairs needed and, because there was extensive work, we needed to leave it over night and it was ready by mid-day the next day. Highly recommend!

Quick and easy service! Friendly staff, in and out in the time they told me. Also didn’t get pushy to add additional things like most other places

Best automotive repair experience so far. Won't be going anywhere else in the future.

Friendly customer service. Very informative inspection report and attention to detail. They are very communicative regarding updates on my vehicle.

I brought my 2017 Ram 1500 to Elite Autoworks in Castle Rock for its 100k service and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tim was quick to diagnose everything and provided a clear, detailed breakdown of what was critical versus what was recommended, which I really appreciated—no pressure, just honest… Read full review

Great prices, friendly staff and quick service!!

Shane and his team are great to work with. I’m a Toyota guy and Elite AutoWorks is the only shop I trust to work on my vehicles. Very knowledgeable with great integrity.

Honestly hands down the best auto repair shop in Castle Rock! They were really professional and stayed in contact with me during the whole process. I explained to them how I need my truck fix before the weekend and they fit me in there schedule and got it done! Honestly I will be back to elite autoworks in the future weather it’s oil changes or anything!

Great team at Elite Auto Works.not only did they change the oil and filter they did a full inspection of my car brakes, tires, etc Great service

This place is the best. Efficient, helpful and priced right. I have 3 vehicles and all of them go to Elite!!!

After moving and living here in Castle Rock for a few months, I’m so glad I found this shop that works on Lexus and they’re so conveniently close by to me. I was able to make an appointment to bring my car in for the scheduled maintenance and I didn’t want to have to make the drive to the dealership which will take… Read full review

This is the ONLY place I take my cars. Because of his extensive experience working in the service department at Toyota, I trust Shane and the team at Elite to care for every need with my Lexus vehicles, including a 20 year old GX470 and a 12 year old CT200h hybrid. I also bring a 25 year old Tacoma to him and he… Read full review

Shane and team were efficient, communicative and price friendly. I appreciate that they’re Toyota/Lexus specialist for my 100 series

Great customer service I felt very comfortable with the staff working on my vehicle, they even fixed a simple problem that other shops could not even find and they fixed it because they took they time to look at it

My experience with Elite auto works. They diagnosed all of the issues. And informed me prior to completing the problems at hand. They took care of me and I am appreciative of their service. Thank you.

I was referred by several people to Elite. They provided a full diagnostic report with photos and recommendations. The oil change-tire rotation service was priced fairly and I was able to use a coupon special. Service was relatively quick and the staff were informative and respectful. No high pressure or fear sales tactics.

What a wonderful find in Castle Rock. Professional, Truthful, and Affordable

Quick & easy scheduling online, I was able to input all the required details as a new customer, so drop off was just handing over keys. The techs did a great job with the oil change service and performed a thorough inspection of the vehicle for any issues, which Shane went over to advise as future service with… Read full review

They are so flexible making an appointment. Once there. they got started on my car right away. They were even kind enough not to wake when my car was finished! Guess they figured I needed a nap!!!!

I had a great experience at Elite AutoWorks. They were friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. It's always nice to support a small business that truly cares about their customers and the community. Honest service, fair pricing, and no pressure—just solid work done right.
