Transfer case on my old Chevy pickup locked up, the Elite guys had it fixed in 2 days. Quite happy with the work, scheduling and the front office experience was very easy and straight forward.

Elite has always been straight forward and honest with me about what I need, don’t need, and what I can get away with for a while. Prices are extremely fair, techs are competent and attentive, and I don’t have to schedule a month in advance. Support local shops and not big corporations.

What a fantastic experience. Both Carla at the front desk and Tim, the Toyota specialist, were wonderful to work with. Our truck was seen promptly and we were called with the estimate for the repairs needed and, because there was extensive work, we needed to leave it over night and it was ready by mid-day the next day. Highly recommend!

I wanted to establish auto care for my 2019 Toyota Tundra at a provider in Castle Rock. The vehicle has been gently used over 95k miles and I had driven past several fairly large maintenance jobs such as spark plug replacement, so I expected this would take a long time. Instead, I was surprised by how quickly the work was done!

The price for the repairs was reasonable. They were very thorough in their communication with us and what was really wrong with the car.
