Called Jeff about treating a used mattress for our move to Canada (customs wants a fumigation certificate). Right away he told us honestly that we’d be better off just buying a new one, even when he did have a safe treatment option for it. He also warned us against putting chemicals on a mattress we’d be sleeping on. Super honest guy who clearly cares more about doing right by people than making a sale. Highly recommend!
Jeff is an awesome, no nonsense guy. He saved our family thousands of dollars by providing timely and useful advice and tips on intrusive bugs in our house. We thought they were bed bugs and the 800 number providers out there would happily take your money to investigate. Jeff had a different, more efficient approach that ultimately led to no bed bugs and thousands of dollars and effort saved. If you want to use a local company and hear it straight, call Jeff!
Jeff genuinely wants to help people, and it shows in the way he approaches everything. No BS, no pressure. He simply lays out your options, explains everything clearly, and lets you make your own decisions without chasing you down. There are very few people you’re lucky enough to come across like Jeff, who genuinely care and are willing to go above and beyond to help others. I can’t recommend him enough!
Jeff was super knowledgable and had so much patience with me. Spent time asking and explaining what I needed to do in order to protect the room that might potentially have bed bugs before he needs to come and exterminate. I really appreciated his honesty and his help.
Jeff was very helpful for advice to estimate whether bites were from bed bugs or carpet Beatles and gave instructions over phone. This time thinks bed bugs and doing preemptive measures before need someone to come to house. Going to taje photos if see a bug.
I called elite bed bug exterminators earlier today to ask about treatment for luggage that had been exposed to bed bugs during travel. I was extremely appreciative to receive honest, practical advise. This company will be my go to for any future needs.
Jeff was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and kind; an expert in his field. He gave me clear direction, peace of mind and much-needed perspective. I highly recommend!
Jeff was very helpful in determining if I was dealing with bed bugs or carpet beetles. He spent 30min on a Sunday walking me through how carpet beetles differed and how to treat it on my own.
Jeff was extremely helpful for our family, having a 2 year old dealing with a potential bed bug situation was nerve wracking. Jeff was patient and kind and never once tried to push his services on us. We talked over several days and he made sure we were sure we needed his services even as a precaution before he came out. If you ever have any bug related issues Jeff is there to ensure your well being not just to take your business. Cant recommend him enough!
Jeff was very knowledgeable and extremely generous with his time!
