I had a great experience with Woytek! As a first-time homebuyer, I really appreciated how patient and thorough he was throughout the process. He took the time to explain his findings in a way that was easy to understand, especially helping me distinguish between issues that genuinely needed attention and minor imperfections that shouldn't cause too much concern. Woytek with Elite Inspections did an excellent job on my home inspection. I specifically wanted someone with remodeling experience and a strong understanding of older homes, and his knowledge was evident throughout the process. He was thorough, practical, and took the time to explain what he was seeing, what actually mattered, and what I should be paying attention to as a homeowner. What stood out most was the support after the inspection. I ran into an issue with my lender related to something we observed related to the seller disclosures, and Woytek went above and beyond by preparing a letter clarifying his findings post inspection. That documentation helped resolve the issue and ultimately saved me a significant amount of money and unnecessary headache. That level of follow-through is difficult to put a price on. You are not just getting an inspection—you are working with someone knowledgeable who will actually come through for you when it matters.
