Elite Pavers did an exceptional job adding pavers to pool area, releveling pavers and repairing a sloping driveway which was a very difficult job. They communicated well, and kept to the established schedule. Two thumbs up!

Thank you, Shari. Jobs like yours take more planning than they appear to from the outside, so it is good to know the result held up to it. We appreciate you taking the time to share this.
I had a great experience with Elite Pavers Solutions. The crew arrived on time, was attentive throughout the project, and took real care with their work. They paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was done correctly. I’m very happy with the quality of the finished work and would recommend them.

Thank you, Amanda! Showing up on time and getting the details right are what make a job go smoothly for everyone. Glad you're happy with how it turned out, and we appreciate the recommendation.
Very professional and explained the repair process and backed the work with a 4yr warranty. Great job and very satisfied with the work.

Thank you! We think you should know exactly what's causing the problem before we fix it, and the 4-year warranty is there because we stand behind the repair. Glad you're happy with the work.
Very responsive and professional throughout the entire process. My pavers look like new!

Thank you, Kathryn! Drainage problems usually come down to the base, so getting that right is what keeps pavers looking new. Glad we could turn it around quickly for you.
Elite Pavers Solutions arrived early today to level two areas on my lanai around my pool and hot tub, where pavers had sunken a little and didn’t drain properly after rains. We found out that the pool company the home builder used didn’t use rock in the base foundation and the base compaction was so loose it looked like they were walking on a waterbed. No pool leaks were found. Elite Pavers Solutions rebuilt the base properly while fighting at least three down pours of rain, and completed the job today! They cleaned up the job site nicely. I recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Thank you, Robert! You saw exactly what we look for. When there's no rock in the base and the compaction is that loose, resetting the pavers alone would have put you right back where you started. Rebuilding it properly was the only fix worth doing. Glad we got it done despite the weather.
From our first phone call, he returned the call promptly. He came the next day looked at it gave us an estimate, told us what our deposit was and put us on his schedule.
His work was great he Guarantees all of his work

Thank you, Celia! Returning calls quickly and being clear about cost and scheduling upfront shouldn't be unusual, but we know it often is. Glad the work lived up to it too.

Thanks, Carlos! Sunken pavers usually come down to the sub-base, so once we see what's underneath the fix moves fast. Glad we could get it done in two days. Appreciate the recommendation.
