I used Frank for almost two years and he was great a very knowledgeable , I was hit by a drunk driver and my attorney needed to request the billing and records. This was a several month process and bit easy to get them at all. My paralegal was hung up on him twice when she called etc to check status of the records. He had to bring them to my house as couldn’t give them to my attorneys office. It’s not the right way to be treated or do business at all.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with the record retrieval process, particularly the delays and your paralegal's interaction when calling our office. That's not the standard we aim for, and we are addressing those internal communication issues immediately.
Due to strict privacy regulations like HIPAA, I cannot discuss specific client matters or case details in a public forum. However, regarding the documents you referenced, my records confirm that the initial copy was delivered to your home at your specific request, and a separate, complete set was also provided directly to your attorney's office.
I understand that despite these efforts, the overall process still left you feeling dissatisfied, and for that, I apologize. I encourage you to contact me directly to discuss any remaining concerns, allowing us to review the specifics confidentially and ensure we improve for every client.

this was the first time receiving a massage/assisted stretching service. Frank paid close attention to the areas that I occasionally experience pain/stiffness. he also made sure to explain to me what the day after this type of massage would feel like. Even though it's only been a day, I have already noticed that I was able to do a long drive without my lower back pain that normally accompanies driving for long periods. he also taught me a couple stretches to help me continue to relieve the pain and stiffness I have. I highly recommend him.

If you are worried about a nagging injury being to to expensive to fix, you haven't met Frank at Elite. To date, he has assisted with my kneecap and it's ability to glide which got me back into running with little downtime. He has assisted me in getting my scapula back into proper form with out pain and most recently helped me out with sciatica pain that a chiropractor recently told me they would not be able to help out with. As a small business owner with "limited" health insurance, this is my first stop for ailments that I keep picking up as I get older from running skateboarding in mountain biking. A true friend of the athletes and weekend warriors!

I would recommend Frank. He listens to what your issues are, discusses exercises/stretches that may help and wants to fix you so you don't have to keep coming back for the same issue.

I had a wonderful experience here, a kind man named Frank wolf helped me out. I had been dealing with shoulder issues that rest, medicine, or chiropractor could fix. Just within 2 visits I was basically healed, very clean, efficient place. Definitely recommend!
