I needed a ramp trailer, which can be challenging in Elko. They had 3 on site! Selena, at the front desk was AMAZING getting everything I needed in a quick and painless manner! Customer service was 10/10! The office was clean and inviting as well! I Will always use this location with my future needs!

Kelly and Selena in the front were great help. I needed an extra dolly and they had no issues taking care of that even through a power outage! I actually tripped on my way in and got a very big cut and they were both so quick to help! They had the air conditioner set to a perfect temperature and the area was clean as a whistle! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. These ladies rock!

I had a great experience with this U-Haul location, especially thanks to Kelli. She was absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, professional, and made the entire process easy from start to finish.
I originally used this U-Haul when I moved to Elko, and now, as I’m preparing to leave Elko, I came back to the same business. It was great to have such a consistently positive experience both coming into Elko and now leaving.
Moving can be stressful, but Kelli went above and beyond to make things smooth and straightforward. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you, Kelli, for all your help!
