Google reviewers rate Elite Troop Pressure Washing & Painting 4.9 out of 5 based on 133 reviews, highlighting punctuality, efficient communication, and reasonable pricing for pressure washing and painting services. Customers frequently note the team's ability to handle last-minute requests and their thorough cleanup after exterior projects. However, a few low-star reviews criticize the automated phone system for failing to connect callers with knowledgeable staff and allege that one customer was charged for incomplete roof washing work.

I call and as we all know AI has taken over Google maps ads. When the AI agent answered i asked multiple times to connect me to the actual human who owned or had knowledge about Eterior staining and vanishing. This AI said I am able tk answer those questions and had absolutely no clue what it was talking about yet pushed we can do any job. When the property is 8900 sq all stained and varnished no thats not the case. Is AI worth getting this star rating?
John, I'm very sorry you had a frustrating experience with our automated system — that is not the service we intend to provide. We do have experienced estimators and crews who handle exterior staining and varnishing and can accurately assess an 8,900 sq ft property. Please call our office again and request to speak directly with an estimator or manager; we will prioritize your request and arrange an on-site estimate. Thank you for the feedback — we will review our automated responses to prevent this from happening again.
Professional and did a good job.
Thanks for the kind words, Marc. We're glad you were pleased with our professionalism and the job we did. We look forward to helping you again in the future.

Great work! They finished with our house in about 1 week!
