Customers frequently praise the shop for quick turnaround times, professional communication, and high-quality window tinting and PPF installations. Recurring themes include staff friendliness and the ability to accommodate last-minute appointments. However, several low-rated reviews criticize the business for applying tint that does not match factory shades or violates legal darkness limits. Additionally, some clients reported vehicle damage, such as scratches and door dings, occurring during the service process.

I expected to have a future appointment and they squeezed me right in and accomplished it within about a half hour and it was top quality and good to go? Thank you.

OUTSTANDING! Had my Model Y tinted at Elite Window Tinting and the service was excellent. The work is clean, it looks great, and they were easy to deal with from start to finish. We'll be bringing our other car here too.
