We recently moved to Elko and needed a place to store our fifth-wheel trailer. Katie was extremely helpful in finding us the perfect spot that was easy to access and really affordable. Jeanne made sure our check-in process was easy, and we were in and out quickly. Elko East Mini Storage had been a lifesaver when we needed a quick, easy, and affordable RV storage spot during our move.

I have been storing our cargo trailer and at times our RV at Elko East Mini Storage for years now. They are extremely friendly and helpful. We always call monthly to make our storage payment and Jeanne is the one I usually talk to. She is amazing! She is so nice on the phone, and she can always answer any questions we might have. I feel secure leaving our trailers on this property. We have never had any issues with our property stored there. I would recommend anyone needing a place to store your things to give them a call. I have used a couple other places in town, but they don’t compare to Elko East Mini Storage.

This is my second time renting a unit from Elko East Mini Storage. Jeanne was very friendly. I also asked if I could have a unit in a specific area due my my circumstances and what I am storing, she was more than accommodating. I also appreciate on site management, cameras, fire extinguishers, and ample lighting all over the property. I brought stuff to my unit at night and the place was well lit and secure.
