I was in a pinch to get out of my apartment in time. i have so many things on my plate right now, that I simply did not have time to make the final clean. When I tell you my counters were literally sparkling, the floors shiny, and the toilet, SPOTLESS. I was so glad I called Elsa. She also was able to fit my apartment into her schedule flawlessly. This is the first time I've ever had someone clean for me and I am looking forward to calling her business for my new home.

Great experience. Went above and beyond. Cleaning included wiping down of all surface areas, making the bed, cleaning the shower/toilet/floors/microwave. Definitely would contract their services again.

We asked Elsa's Cleaning Company to clean our basement floors and walls; they likely hadn't been cleaned well in years. Her crew did a nice job and after the cleaning, it smelled a whole lot better down there. We also asked them to clean our staircase. My husband didn't give detailed instructions to Elsa on what all we'd like done, so they just cleaned the floors... not the cobwebs in the corners of the walls, light fixtures, handrail, etc. So next time, we'll be be more explicit. But they did do a very nice job with the staircase itself. And we found Elsa fairly easy to communicate with--via text.

The Only Thing Getting Polished is Elsa’s PR Campaign
If you’re looking for a cleaning company where the owner is more focused on securing her next podcast interview than making sure your baseboards are actually clean, look no further than Elsa’s!
I hired them expecting a deep clean, but what I got was a light dusting of disappointment. It is painfully obvious that Elsa is treating this business as a stepping stone to reality TV rather than a functional service. While she’s busy dodging actual work to smile for the cameras and give interviews about "building an empire," her staff is leaving streaks on the mirrors and completely ignoring the corners of the room.
Here is a quick breakdown of my experience:
* Attention to Detail: Non-existent. I’m pretty sure the only thing sweeping being done is nonexistent because her crew certainly didn't sweep my floors well.
* Quality Control: Zero. The vacuuming was so rushed it looked like the rug was just given a stern talking to.
* Management: Missing in action. Good luck getting an email back about the missed spots, Elsa is probably on set somewhere pretending she knows how to hold a mop for a lifestyle photoshoot.
If she put half the energy into training her crew and improving her company's abysmal performance as she does into her media appearances, she might actually have a business worth bragging about on those talk shows. I genuinely wish my countertops were as spotless as her carefully curated public image, but unfortunately, we can't all have a dedicated PR team to clean up our messes.
Save your money and hire someone reputable and locally respected who actually cares about soap and water, not smoke, mirrors and social media.
