I went in seeking relief for my shoulder pain and extreme muscle tension in my back from work, i was given softwave, cupping therapy, and an adjustment. Dr. Lex was phenomenal. Friendly, kind, and gentle. My shoulder pain lessened after my visit and I highly recommend cupping, adjustments and softeave from her. I will be coming back weekly, my back feels amazing after the one visit.

Callie is thorough, knowledgeable, and professional in her medical practice. Callie looks at the whole picture and thought about my breastfed baby when prescribing a treatment plan for me and also recommend additional support for my baby, something that I belive would have been over looked by other providers.

I truly cannot thank Callie enough for everything she has done for my daughter and I. From chiropractic care for my newborn, to breastfeeding support, wellness visits, and so much more, this truly is a one-stop shop with so many services available for all the family.
When my daughter and I first came in, I was feeling helpless, overwhelmed, and honestly almost defeated with breastfeeding. I wanted so badly for our breastfeeding journey to work, but I felt like I didn’t know what else to do. At our very first visit, Callie helped my daughter latch beautifully and immediately gave me hope that we could do this.
She took the time to create a game plan with us, set realistic feeding goals for my daughter, and help me establish a supplemental feeding plan while still supporting my goal of breastfeeding. She also helped guide me with vitamins and overall wellness to give my daughter and I the best chance at a successful breastfeeding journey.
What I appreciate most is how supported and cared for I feel. I never felt rushed or judged. Callie listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and helped me go from feeling defeated and overwhelmed to feeling confident and hopeful.

Callie is terrific! After being frustrated with the options and care that my traditional medical providers were giving, I sought out someone open to alternative options that took a holistic approach. Callie ordered lab work for me and then sat down and reviewed and explained the results with me. She called out some areas of concern that were likely contributing to my symptoms. She provided me with recommendations on supplements and vitamins that would be beneficial as well as other treatment options to balance my hormones and address my inflammation. Over the course of a few months my symptoms greatly improved and my energy returned. Upon rechecking my labs, my inflammation markers were drastically lowered and other markers were at optimal levels. I lost 20 lbs without really trying. If you are a woman in your 40's (or any age) and you're feeling crummy or just "off" - make an appointment with Callie. It's money well spent!!!
