I'm very happy with my beautiful and expertly installed new windows! Great communication, work done efficiently and everything was left in perfect shape. Highly recommend!
Thank you to Isabelle, Corey and Nelson for making our entire process so easy! Isabelle insured our door was ordered and installed ahead of schedule and even sent our installers Corey and Nelson down to Spanaway all the way from Bothell! It has been a very courteous and professional process from start to finish and we are very happy with the outcome! Thank you again Jeff and Noelle Abston
Great experience start to finish. The new deck, rail and walkway are a fantastic upgrade for the house! The communication was excellent. The skills of everyone involved were outstanding.

Fantastic Experience working with Bradley Moon and ordering windows through him. Super responsive, clear communication, fair pricing. Definitely recommend.

Brad was very helpful and easy to work with on my complex window order. He found a few errors in the window design and proposed reasonable solutions. I plan to call him for my next order.
Thank you for the kind words! Brad takes a lot of pride in getting the details right, especially on more complex projects. We’re glad he made the process easier, and we look forward to working with you again!
I had the most wonderful crew replace my old 1960s single pane aluminum framed windows. Riley was so professional in helping me make window choices, work within my budget, and show me design options. Kyle kept me closely informed along the way. Rusty and Kain were highly skilled window installers who left my home looking better than when they arrived. They were efficient, hard-working, and knowledgeable. All great people! I would recommend them to anyone.
Thank you for such a thoughtful review! Updating windows from the 1960s is a big project, and we’re glad you felt well taken care of throughout the process. Riley, Kyle, Rusty, and Kain will all appreciate the recognition. Thank you for trusting our team with your home and for the recommendation!
Jesse was great. He moved our hose bib to a new location -- which necessitated some skill and experience. His worksmanship is awesome. Jesse is very personable, knowledgeable and welcome again at our home in the future. 8/19/26 Update/Addendum for the Whole Project: This project couldn't have been better. We are very satisfied. The final result looks wonderful and our deck and railing is so firm and sturdy. The product quality and craftsmanship is top caliber. McLendon's Home Services/Emerald City and their installation team did an excellent job. Kyle and Christian designed and managed the job -- which we are very pleased to have had lead by them. The four installers that worked mostly on the job -- Kellen, Matt, Brian and Adrian -- would be welcome back to do future projects. The company gave us the A-Team! I highly recommend them.
Thank you for coming back to share an update now that the whole project is complete! It means a lot to hear how happy you are with the finished deck and railing. Kyle, Christian, Kellen, Matt, Brian, and Adrian will all appreciate the recognition. Thank you for trusting our team with such an important project and for the wonderful recommendation!
I ordered a new sliding glass door to replace my old aluminum one and the entire process went smoothly! Riley quickly answered all of my questions about patio door options, Isabelle kept me up to date on the status of my order, and Corey & his team did a great job at installing the door for my unique situation.
Thank you for the thoughtful review! It’s great to hear the team worked together to make a unique installation come together smoothly. We’ll be sure Riley, Isabelle, Corey, and the crew know their work was appreciated. Enjoy the new sliding door!
Jess done a great job changing old water hose, he is so detail make sure the correct valve shut off for my apt building. So patient to get thru the old rusty water hoses. So skillful, highly recommended his service.
Previous window frame was installed poorly maybe 20 years ago and was divorcing the house. We were anticipating a big bill due to the fact that the framework had to be cut back and the molding replaced. Corey and his team did a great job in much less time than expected and left no mess at all. We are very happy with the results. The Curreys, Everett, 7/31/26
Thank you for trusting us with a window that had some extra challenges! We’re glad Corey and the team were able to get everything corrected without turning it into the major project you were expecting. We really appreciate the kind words and are happy you’re pleased with the finished result.
