Dr. Zapata has changed my life - I have spent years trying to figure out what was going on with my body. Heat intolerance, dizziness, depersonalization, dysautonomia symptoms, etc. It turns out I have an upper cervical misalignment that needed to be corrected - she has helped me do this and my health has improved immensely. She is knowledgable and cares about her clients - I don’t know what I would have done if I didn’t start seeing her for chiropractic care.

Dr. Zapata and ECSC team are wonderful! I suffer from chronic migraines and hip problems, and have found so much relief from chiropractic care with Dr. Zapata. Her technique is gentle but effective, and the team is warm and welcoming. I'm so grateful to have found this office and have recommended it to many family and friends.

This place is even better than “crack”. Dr. Zapata is the best. Updated as the previous review was from 4+ years ago. Still loving this place - even more actually! Dr. Zapata truly cares and has always taken care of me, even squeezing me in last minute when I have intense pain but next appointment is a couple weeks away. And I’ll keep supporting here for many years to come!

I want to give ZERO stars!! Do not risk your health!! The alarms were going off in my head from the beginning, I knew it was a scam and still went in. I scheduled because I was having consistent low back pain. The first appt was just x-rays which seemed reasonable but her entire pitch and even the front desk guy were just giving off this gross sales energy. She kept saying my legs were 2 different lengths because of spinal misalignment. She’d have me bend a knee then claim she fixed the mismatched lengths. That’s not real medicine whatsoever. The next time I went in, she said she needed more x-rays which was surprising and honestly felt like she was just trying to upcharge me as much as possible. I was angry but kept my cool. After the first “adjustment” my pain increased from a 6 to maybe an 8. She insisted this was normal and “adjusted” me again. the next couple days I experienced probably 9 but then on the 3rd day after the “adjustment” I was at a 10 on the pain scale. I could not get up from out of bed. I could not move. I emailed her about this and she flippantly told me to get an MRI. It truly felt like she couldn’t be bothered. She had said in that initial appt she would go over my x-ray with me but that never happened and it wasnt until i emailed her that she looked at them and said they were normal. I cancelled all my appointments. Then today I’m at the point where I cannot move any part of my body. The pain is a 15/10. Even putting my arm over my head causes excruciating pain. I can’t walk. I can’t move positions. I’m completely stuck and in the worst pain of my life. She caused me excruciating pain. I’ve been stuck halfway on my couch for hours and cannot stop crying. Do not go to this office.

Dr Zapata is really exceptional. I had seen other chiropractors and separate with headaches and she helped me. She was also so helpful during my pregnancy.

I highly recommend Dr. Zapata and team for all of your chiropractic needs or concerns. The clinic is a comfortable, safe space. A thorough medical history, current health conditions along with pain concerns were discussed. Dr. Zapata then created a treatment plan that was tailored to my chiropractic needs. After 5 months pain-free! .

Ive been seeing Dr Zapata for a few years now and can say I’ve never had a bad experience. The team is kind and helpful, and always address any concerns I have. They have been extremely flexible in helping me book appointments due to my schedule. Highly recommend the team!

I experienced symptoms of paralysis in my legs a painful sharp pain in my lower back/ waist line that would drop me to my knees however on the floor for a few hours and then it eventually lead to full days not being able to walk. My primary care Dr. with the VA refused to refer me for an MRI after several request,... However, I saw an ad on Social Media and listened to Dr. Van. I think I left her a message,... She reached out to me and was patient listening to me when I was in a very dark and lost place really,... My dishes and counter tops were a mess for ex. Today, I'm walking without a walker thanks to the time off of work and much needed rest. Thanks to her referral for the MRI'S I could prove the malpractice in other sectors or systems of health-care providers from before. My home and vehicle are clean now etc. Though there is more homework ahead,... I'm in good spirit and totally looking forward to it all. Never lose your Faith in Spirit. Dr.Zapata and team is fantastic. They are the only chiropractic office to help solve my shoulder issues from over 8 years ago and now I am back to being able to do things I used to not be able to do.
