It was a pleasure meeting the inspector, Denys. Thank you for conducting a detailed inspection of the house before its purchase.

Denis did an outstanding job on our inspection. He's extremely detail-oriented and nothing gets skipped. Every finding was clearly explained, with a clear recommendation on what to do next. The 91-page report was organized, easy to follow, and exactly what we needed to make an informed decision on the purchase. Denis is a true professional: thorough, knowledgeable and honest. I'd recommend him to anyone buying a home, and I'll be calling him again for our next one.
