Empire replaced some windows in my house a few years ago. Graeme listened to what I wanted and explained the options; the team who installed the windows were efficient and professional and answered my questions. The windows look great! Recently, when I wanted to replace my front windows and front door, I immediately thought of Empire because of the excellent work they had done years earlier. This second job was more complicated than the first because the front windows required customization. Graeme again listened to what I wanted and explained the options. The team installed the windows and front door, again doing precision work, and Forman David answered my questions and showed me the features of the windows and door. Big thanks to Graeme and Forman David for their hard work toward making what I was picturing for the front of my house into a reality.

This process has been by far the smoothest of any of the home projects I have ever done! I cannot thank Empire enough for all the time and effort they put into this. From initial consult to the install the professionalism was outstanding!
The group of guys that came out here to do the install were the absolute BEST! I have never encountered a better group of guys in my life!
They kept me informed, moved through the house with respect to my home, my animals, and my work from home schedule! I cannot say enough good things! All of them were very respectful, politely knocking and announcing themselves from room to room, and were super mindful of their surroundings.
Even my neighbors made comments about how wonderful they were, how they weren’t yelling or making extra noise, how they cleaned everything up, etc. These gentleman are a fine reflection of your company and the way that they have treated us in our own home made me feel so at ease!
Also, the windows!! OMG! 15 years later… I can FINALLY raise the windows in my house! It’s literally a dream come true! The cats think they are in heaven!

Requested quote based on many positive google/community reviews. Graeme was quick to respond & very professional. After deciding to use them for our whole home window/door replacement, they remained professional, punctual, & communicative throughout the whole process. Graeme & David were always very responsive to all of our questions. The quality of the project was top notch. Work was clean & neat. I would definitely use them again for any future project. Highly recommend! Of course they also warranty their work & even came back out to address a door hardware issue about a month after project completion. I can’t thank your team enough for your high quality work & excellent customer service!

This company was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish! Graeme was very professional, honest and responsive in every way possible. My wife and I narrowed it down to Window World and Empire. We went with Empire and couldn't be happier with our windows. My wife has been in the industry for a long time and has very high standards. They have the best installers in the business. The quality of the wrap and caulking makes the installation and it couldn't have been better. Had all the original windows in our mid-century home replaced by Empire. Getting the old ones out was a chore as was hoisting the large, enormously heavy casements. Install team did it expertly, were on time, super friendly, and professional. Nothing rushed, all about doing it right. The finishing on the trim, both exterior and interior looks great. Highlty recommend.
