Victor Zayas of Empire Works and his entire crew have done an amazing job! They worked though some very challenging weather conditions. Victor did an excellent job communicating the schedule and updates throughout the project. Whenever we needed to talk to Victor he responded in a very timely manner to any phone call or text. The workers were all very hardworking, professional and polite. They took extra care when they needed to enter our units to access the lanai to complete them. I would highly recommend this team!
The entire Empire Works team including Victor Zayas the project manager have been great during this project here at Bella Trae. They have worked hard through various weather conditions beer like hot temperatures and rain, and have been in good communication with us the entire way also. Everyone we encountered was polite and kind to us and they were always respectful by taking off their shoes when they needed to access our Lanai through our inside of condo. It's been a long project and we are very happy with the results and we believe it helps our Ventura community in Bella Trae to look better and be safer. Highly recommend this team for any projects!
