Ginia Houston met with us the day before. .We discussed what.we were looking for and possible price range(s).. Ginia sent us a list of houses that evening for what to look at the following day. The first house we looked had everything we had discussed the previous evening and we both rated it a 5 out of 5. We continued looking at the other houses. and after looking we decided we really liked that first house the best. We made bid on that house a little bit under the asking price.The next day the sellers made a counter offer and we accepted . Many thanks to Ginia for listening to us and presenting a list of houses to we were pleased to consider and the one we both liked.
