Customers describe the store's handmade chocolates as high quality, highlighting specific items like truffles, peanut butter cups, and holiday specials. Shoppers note the availability of custom gift packaging and excellent service for special orders. However, low-star reviews indicate a pattern of poor customer service, specifically citing instances where staff closed curtains on waiting customers, resulting in lost sales.

I loved my chocolate experience!! Cece did an awesome job on my chocolates, putting them in a super cute box and ribbon and put it on a bag- all with no extra cost! Thank you sooo much I will be back Susie K
A friend gave me chocolates from this business yesterday, as a friendly gesture. The chocolates are delicious, and the Peanut Brittle is Devine. It's thinner, and buttery, and therefore, easier to eat. I will stop in soon, to buy more. Very good.
Amazing chocolates! The sea salt Carmels and sea salt pistachio bark are our favorites oh and the chocolate dipped cashews... all of it get here! Ps there are samples if they last
