Google reviewers rate the school 4.7 out of 5, noting that the owner responded to 87% of comments. Positive feedback highlights flexible scheduling, affordable pricing, and clear instruction that helps students improve their communication skills. However, low-star reviews criticize unresponsive customer service and the lack of placement tests, which results in mixed-level group classes where advanced students wait for beginners to catch up.

The greatest school ever very helpful professional place
Ótima escola. Horários de aulas flexíveis, as aulas oferecem oportunidades para ouvir e falar. O método de ensino da gramática e conversação são excelente . Recomendo a todos que querem aprender inglês. Obrigada a todos da OLS.

Olya, thank you so much for helping me learn English. Your lessons are easy and interesting. Wishing you prosperity 🌹🌹🌹
I studied in Olga's class. Then I finished it. I didn't have enough time to study. For a while, I studied individually with another teacher. It's been a month since I resumed Olga's classes. And I'm very happy about it. She explains everything clearly. The lessons are interesting. I recommend it!

Dear Angelica, We’re very sorry for the confusion. It’s possible that you might have contacted a different school with a similar name — this has happened before. At English Language Academy, we always call back several times, respond immediately to every email, and also send all information by SMS or What's up. Our manager speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and we always invite new students for a free consultation, free placement test, and a free first class.
