Tim Acklen and his team at Enhanced Outdoor Lighting & Design continue to hit the mark in customer service even after 9+ years! In today's building boom, service after the sale is top priority to us when choosing a contractor. The maintenance service contract that Enhanced Lighting offers is well worth the money and we have been very pleased with the quick follow up on questions or request for service after all these years. I highly recommend Enhanced Outdoor Lighting & Design for lighting up your landscape and the peace of mind knowing you can count on them years after the initial install.

Tim is fabulous to work with. From the first meeting discussing our front yard, we collaborated as I shared my vision, and he ran with it and enhanced it further with his professional touches. We loved it so much that he was an obvious choice for our backyard project. I love the ambience his lighting has created. Tim continues to support us — whenever I have a question, he is incredibly responsive. Highly recommend!

Tim and his crew were courteous, on-time and efficient. We were very pleased with the outcome and the price was fair for work of this high quality. Tim knows what he is doing when it comes to design as well. Our LED lighting system looks great and provides us a higher level of comfort and security. Follow-up was excellent as well. We will enthusiastically recommend Enhanced Outdoor Lighting and Design to our friends.
It is now several years after our installation and I am happy to say that the level of follow up and commitment to excellence is as sincere as when our system was first completed. I have requested assistance on three occasions over the last three years (resetting the timer, battery replacement and a non-functioning light). Every time, Tim has answered the phone himself and responded promptly to fix the problem. Our system is working perfectly and we could not be happier with the quality or the attention to customer concerns. I would give Tim and his team ten stars if that was possible. My wife and I could not recommend Enhanced Outdoor Lighting highly enough. They are that good!!!

Enhanced Lighting did a wonderful job with recommendations to enhance /replace the landscaping lighting, both for curb appeal and safety. The installation was coordinated to align with our schedule. Tim is always very responsive to any questions or issues that come up and resolves them timely. Have been very pleased and highly recommend the company.
