Dave was very detailed in his inspection and explained things clearly to us. He outlined the severity of issues and options for resolving them. We walked a way with a clear understanding of areas of improvement and a punch list. A++

Adam gave us the best inspection for our new home that we could ask for! We are first time homebuyers and asked a lot of questions, and Adam was very patient in answering each one. He showed us everything he was evaluating in the home and gave great advice on what to prioritize. He was also a lovely person to spend a few hours with on a Sunday. Highly recommend!!

Adam did a great job and was very helpful walking us through everything in our new house. Was available on short notice working with our busy schedules. Very knowledgeable and helped us triage what needed to be dealt with first and where any safety risks were. He was genuinely someone that we enjoyed spending several hours following around. Would definitely recommend.

Enlighten did a fantastic job performing our pre-purchase home inspection. Thorough does not even begin to cover the job they did. We felt we had more than enough information not only to move forward with the purchase but to plan future work on our new home. Thx again!

Isaac did our pre-offer inspection and was very thorough and professional. He explained everything about the house in terms that we could understand, and he gave realistic recommendations on what items we should or should not fix immediately. He really helped us fully assess the condition of the house before finalizing our offer. We felt confident in the house we were getting because of him. Highly recommend his inspection services.
