Customers frequently praise the shop for its friendly, knowledgeable staff, fair pricing, and helpful service with firearms and other inventory. Reviewers note that the business often goes beyond basic transactions by offering delivery or ordering out-of-stock items. However, a recurring criticism in low-star reviews involves staff refusing to evaluate items for sale without listening to details, resulting in a negative experience for customers attempting to pawn goods.

Good selection of guns.Very helpful and informative. Sorry I didn't find this place sooner. I've driven by many times and never thought to stop in.
I went in there preparing to part with a nice steam cleaner worth about $300 and different types of power tools. Some things were name brand, some not, but all were like new with extra batteries and chargers. The guy at the front, who had a very unfriendly demeanor from the start, was not having it at all. Said no right away and wouldn't even listen to all I had to sell. Kept saying no, he (whoever "he"is) wouldn't let me buy that, and no we don't buy that, even though taking a quick walk around the store, they clearly do buy and sell everything I had to offer. I guess he just didn't want to deal with me, and referred me to Action Pawn on the other side of town! I can only assume they just mainly deal with guns and gun accessories because most of the place is dedicated to gun stuff. Their website even has guns in the name. So I wouldn't recommend even stepping foot in this place unless you want to buy or sell gun related items , because even their prices on non gun stuff was a little high in my opinion.
They ALWAYS treat me fair and with respect! Great local business!
We were on a hunt for a fire pit & we just happened to stop by this pawn shop and sure enough, they had one. Leon helped us. He was so nice & awesome! He gave us a great price and even offered to deliver it to our home. That was some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced! Note: This was my first time ever visiting a pawn shop. I’ll definitely be coming back to see what other great finds they have. You never know what you might come across. I’m so glad we found the perfect fire pit for our home! 🪵🔥
