Russ and his team were timely, courteous and highly professional as they took on our house. They pushed the insurance company to do a more thorough remediation. Most importantly they stood by their work. The house failed the lead abatement clearance three times before it finally passed. Russ and his team came back each time without charge to be sure we finally got the clearance. I highly recommend Environmental 911 without any reservations.

Russ came out and was super thorough and professional, and his crew got my tile out quickly, even quicker than I was originally quoted. He even called me afterwards and made sure I was happy with the job. I hope I never need this type of service again, but if I ever do, I will most certainly be calling up Environmental 911 again. Excellent service every step of the way.

I highly recommend Environmental 911! We experienced an unexpected house fire, and what could have been an overwhelming process was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. Within just a few weeks, their team was in and out, completing the work quickly while keeping us informed throughout the process.
Once the appropriate testing for asbestos and lead was completed and the results were determined, the team followed the proper safety procedures and wore the appropriate PPE while performing the work. It was reassuring to see that they took the safety of their employees and our home seriously.
The entire team was responsive, organized, and respectful of our home during an incredibly stressful time. Their communication, attention to detail, and commitment to safety gave us peace of mind when we needed it most. We are extremely grateful for how smoothly they handled everything and would absolutely recommend Environmental 911 to anyone dealing with fire damage or an unexpected emergency.

I truly cannot begin to put into words how wonderful our experience with Environmental 911 was. They were so kind, professional and human throughout an incredibly difficult situation of dealing with our losses during the Eaton fire. We could trust that they did every step with safety and care, and were able to trust them through the process. They maintained communication with us throughout the remediation, and were open to our needs throughout it. They checked in on us several times after settling into our new home as well. They helped with so many things that were unexpected, I would like to boast some of the extra things that they did but I wouldn't want anyone to expect the same because it truly was above and beyond what they needed to do!! It feels like a true family owned operation, with the certifications needed to feel good about such a daunting mission. All of our belongings were cleaned, tested negative for lead, and then packed and sent with care. I am so grateful for all of the help from Joe, Javier, Kim and team. I am so grateful for this group of people. Thank you for making me and my family safe! And thanks for being so patient as I was overtly emotional through the process haha.
