We hired Epic for a complete teardown of our 1970 manufactured home. Initially, Kaileb came out quickly to assess for a quote and was beyond friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and we intended to hire him just from the intro but his quote happened to be $5000 less than the other quote we received, as well. Our timeline changed (beyond our control) and Kaileb juggled his scheduled so our new exact dates would work out. Kaileb managed the required lead/asbestos testing/abatement so we didn't have to deal with it. The project went smoothly from start to finish, the lot was left completely empty and clear, and the final invoice was as expected. We will recommend Kaileb and Epic to everyone we can.

I had a 20 year old stick built shed that needed demod and Epic was right on time and on price. Job was done professionally and to my specifications and under time and on budget. Highly recommend this team for clean, professional demo work.

Hi Rick! Thank you for the great review and for trusting Epic with your shed demo. We’re glad everything stayed on schedule, on budget, and finished exactly to your specifications. We really appreciate the recommendation and are here anytime you need clean, professional demo work again!
I had a commercial cooler that I needed to be removed from our property. I had been looking for someone to take it to the recycling center but the price was outrageously high. As I was coming home I saw that this company was working on a neighbor’s house. I stopped to inquire and the two men working were so polite and had called their boss. Within minutes the boss had texted me and arranged for the refrigerator to be picked up the same day at a reasonable rate. I can’t say enough how this company was polite and prompt. Definitely would recommend them.

Working with Kaileb and his team was an awesome experience! The process in the demolition of our manufactured home and barn was seamless. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to tear it down, but mostly how clean the lot is after their work. His team was terrific and a pleasure to work with. Kalieb runs a great business and the outcome of his work far exceeded my expectations. I am so grateful to have contracted with him.
