Epic has been my car service for years, probably over 100 trips, also used them for my daughters wedding. They are always reliable, on time, professional, and sometimes you can tell go over and above to make things happen. Equipment is nice and well taken care of. I highly recommend their service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to/from Niagara Falls. Epic Limo lived up to its reputation in exemplary style. Both drivers were extremely accommodating and our family enjoyed the stress-free journey. We won’t hesitate to do it all again!

I want to give a huge shout out to Epic Limo and their Chauffeurs. We hired them July 22, 2026 to bring us to Midway Airport, they were on time and the SUV was clean, our driver was very personable. We also hired Epic Limo to pick us up at Midway Airport and bring us home July 27, 2026. We flew into horrible weather, had to be rerouted to Milwaukee Airport, we were stranded there for hours. Epic limo, kept in touch with us the whole day, our driver could have gone home but he stayed in the Cell phone lot for 5 hours waiting for us. We finally arrived in Chicago, our driver was there, very courteous and we were so happy Epic Limo didn’t leave us stranded at the airport. They went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful. Thank you Epic Limo, you will forever be our Airport Service.
I would never recommend this company for airport runs. They are very unreliable, make excuses for being late, and say they will "do their best" to be there on time. We had one driver who was actually at the wrong airport when we arrived, one who fell asleep in the holding area while waiting for us and we had to take an Uber home, and several who were not even near the airport when we arrived. If your flight is early, they refuse to show up until the actual "scheduled" time of arrival - even though they can track the flight, you can call and tell them you are landing early, and they still won't be there when you are. We had one incident where we called the owner to tell them five hours ahead of time that the plane would be landing early, the owner told the driver, the driver showed up 15 minutes later than the "original" landing time (more than an hour after we had been at the airport waiting) and then the driver had the nerve to say she "didn't know" the plane was landing early (even though she was late for even the original pickup time). Would rather take an Uber, you would think when you are paying hundreds of dollars for an airport transfer you could expect more than "we will do our best to be there on time." This has happened consistently, with multiple drivers. Ubers are cheaper and are actually at the airport when you arrive, and there are many other limo companies in the Chicago area that will actually show up when your plane lands instead of when it works around their schedules.
What an unforgettable experience! We booked a limo for a winery tour for my daughter's Bachelorette weekend with 12 ladies, and from start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The limo was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a full day of wine tasting and fun. Our driver Richard was truly the star of the day: professional, punctual, friendly, and so patient with our lively group. He navigated the route flawlessly, kept us on schedule, and made sure everyone felt safe and cared for. He even helped us snap group photos and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. The attention to detail and customer service from the limo company was exceptional—booking was easy, communication was clear, and they went above and beyond to make our special day run smoothly. I booked the limo bus for a 12 person wine tasting trip. Apparently there was a miscommunication between the driver and the office about the time our trip ended. Prior to the trip I sent them our itinerary- with timing and our reservation time. We got on the bus after our third stop assuming we were going to the forth reservation, but the driver just started driving us back to our house without saying anything. I asked where we were going, he said the time is up so I'm taking you back- I told him that wasn't right, that I had discussed/emailed the plans with the office. His next response, was well this is what it says on my phone and I have another limo group I have to get to. He dropped us off and sped away. I also asked our driver to give us a heads up when we had about 10 minutes before we needed to leave. He never did this. And in fact when I rounded up our group to go to the second stop he was parked down in the parking area chatting with another driver. I've planned over 20 wine trips around the country, and I've never had a driver do these things. I called the office several times and was told a manager would contact me, of course they never did.

Our Driver was Mitchell - he and my husband had a great conversation all the way back home! It was such a great experience! We will definitely use this company in the future!
