Went in to get a new cartridge for my Rove battery. Told the girl working which one I had and she picked out a cartridge for me. I got it home and when I opened it, it was the wrong type of cartridge for my battery. I went in the next day to tell them that their employee had made a mistake and sold me the wrong thing.
Their only solution was for me to spend more money and buy a new battery that the cartridge would fit.
This is such a scam in my opinion since it was their employee that messed up and sold me the wrong thing. They said it was all they could do because I had opened the box, but there was no way to see what the cartridge looked like before it was opened.
Went there today and took my time not deciding what I wanted , and the bud tender made a comment and said they don’t pay enough for this shit , very unprofessional I won’t be going there anymore !!!! 💯 very overpriced!!!!!! The bud tender kinda looks like this dude
JAY JOHNSON @THE ERBA ON PICO. the bud tender give me one of the best experiences and I mean one of them said that's the only place I go I spend two and a half hours on a bus ride their 2 1/2 our bus ride back cuz I used to live out there and I got to tell you it's worth it every time and it's their organic they're only we will sleep is impeccable it's just the perfect strain the perfect medicine for mind body and spirit pain anxiety and then some it just really regulates me for the chemical imbalance in the brain I'm very grateful to JAY JOHNSON THE BÜD TENDER to the bud tender has some amazing connection intuition and instinct greatempathy and communication with wisdom knowledge and understanding and connect with me and others and they give the right prescription man if I ever need help those who might go to ERBA ON PICO for recreational or medicinal it's all good man I'm very grateful the other staff for exceptional to the other two guys are great I don't know their names but just everybody's wonderful and it's they don't rush you they really really try to help you get the right medicine I'm grateful for you all thank you JAY JOHNSON BUD TENDER @ ERBA PICO!!!!
There’s a million dispensaries in LA DON’T GO TO THIS ONE. This place just sucks, the flowers are terrible, everything taste like they shook all the need out of it, and they charge 6.5% on card transactions when it should be 3.5%, then they do this thing where it seems like your getting money back but it’s all just a little scam to get every dollar out of you. Any review on here that says this is a good spot is a fake review 100%.
Came in told the older gentleman about my budget (including tax) was $50 for half oz. He presented me with a half for around $63 which was a little over but with my first time discount it would make up for some of the tax. When it came to check out I wasn’t really paying attention to the final price which was fault on my part, but once I got in the car I saw a charge on my bank app for $84. I knew there was going to be tax, and I knew the card machine took a few dollars extra, but I got a 10% discount so the price made ZERO sense. I go back in for the receipt just to make sure everything was charged correctly and although the numbers added up I still felt played. I normally go to a place closer to my area for a full ounce exact same price, no discount, tax and card reader fees. Of course before being charged I should’ve payed attention but I assumed he fully understood me at the beginning of our conversation about my budget being around $50 for half oz. Every single time I mention my budget to other dispensaries I am let know in time that with tax and fees total price will be a little over a certain amount. The flower was ok, nothing special, bag had a lot of empty stems.
