We had a great experience working with Eric to sell our lake house. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process feel straightforward from start to finish. Eric understood the waterfront market, kept us informed, and was always available when we had questions. We’re very happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area.
Eric was very helpful through the entire purchase process. I wasn't sure how our relationship would be since I applied to view a house on Zillow but was very pleased with Eric's efforts and knowledge when it came to the buying process. I will recommend him to all my friends and family when the opportunity presents itself.
