Erica photographed our graduate school graduation portraits three years ago, and they're still some of our favorite photos. My partner and I both finished grad school around the same time, and Erica captured the milestone beautifully — the photos are a meaningful keepsake of that chapter and accomplishment. Neither of us had done a photoshoot “on site” outside and walking around and Erica provided all the guidance we needed. I would return to Erica Johanna Photography for any future photo needs!

Working with Erica was a dream from our first communication. She is organized, talented, and connects with her clients leading up to the photo shoot. Graduation photo shoots can cause anxiety, especially for a teenage girl, however Erica made my daughter feel comfortable immediately. They spent the entire session jamming to music, focusing their energy on producing art with magic, excitement, and fun. Erica made Kate feel confident and beautiful throughout the entire session, and the resulting photos are breathtaking and surpassed our expectations. I worked with Erica for my graduation photos and they turned out PERFECT! Erica was so easy to work with and very accommodating with scheduling. It was a windy and cold session, so I was a little nervous, but Erica is so talented and definitely knows what poses work for each location/situation. I worked with Erica for my grad photos and she was amazing! Scheduling a session with her was a very easy and quick process and working with her was great. I had never worked with a photographer prior to working with Erica, so I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but Erica was very supportive and professional. She is a very skilled photographer and she teaches you poses during your photo session for a very natural and nice look, which I appreciated.
