Was looking for a roof repair (underlayment and sheathing due to leak) on a section of my roof. Decent DIY experience. 90 min of salesmanship before I was finally told they wouldn't do repairs, only new roofs. Ample opportunity from first call to first contact to several times should have figured out I knew what I needed. Maybe they do great roofs, I don't know, but don't call if you just need a repair. 2 other companies came out, climbed around for 5 minutes, left 10 min later and emailed a quote.

Hi, Prakash. Thanks for taking the time to share your positive experience. We truly appreciate it!
**Review for Eerie Home Roofs – Monday, August 31st** Arrived fashionably late at 6:15 for a 6:00 appointment. Bold opening move. The sales guy immediately opened with the classic “So what brings you to thinking about a new roof?” like I had wandered into a timeshare pitch instead of my own front porch. I explained I was collecting quotes. He quickly corrected me: they don’t do *quotes*, they do *estimates*. Because, according to him, other roofers just climb up, throw out a rough number, then invent extra charges once they’re on the roof. Funny—I’ve already dealt with three contractors and one other roofing company. None of them pulled that. But sure. One went into the attic. The other walked the exterior. Neither actually got on the roof. They claimed a 3D model would handle everything and that it would be ready in about 30 minutes. Then they disappeared to their cars (no real ladders in sight, just a tiny attic one) and stayed there until nearly 7:00. I work in law enforcement. I’d been up since midnight—eighteen hours and counting. That’s my problem, not theirs. Sitting in the driveway for forty minutes while the clock ran out *is* theirs. At 6:55 I walked out and told them they’d need to come back another time. The younger one, already in his car, turned and said, “Oh well, easy for me.” When I asked him to repeat that, he clarified that I was “saving him the time.” Charming. No business cards. No product info. No email. No credentials. Just names and the vague promise of a contract appearing later—despite the fact that I had asked only for an estimate and made it clear I wasn’t signing anything that night. A quick look at their Better Business Bureau, State Contractors Board, Yelp, and Google ratings tells the rest of the story. One-point-something stars don’t appear by accident. Unprofessional, slow, and oddly allergic to the basic courtesy of a business card or a prompt departure. I would never recommend Eerie Home Roofs to anyone. If you’re looking for a company that shows up on time, respects your schedule, and doesn’t treat a simple estimate request like a high-pressure sales opportunity, keep looking.

This place sucks. 4 times I called for them to come to my place. Canceled 3 times and no show. I dont trust this company. Thanks alot.
We apologize for falling short Lisa. Please call us at 1-800-684-4628 so we can make this right.
We contacted Erie after seeing advertisements about an interesting metal roof product. We set up an estimate and they ghosted us. We called the following business day and arranged for another estimate after being tossed between the roofing and leaf filter departments. We were ghosted again. Two strikes, you’re out. Very poor customer service.
We are concerned to hear about this, Lisa. This falls short of our standards. Please call us at 1-800-684-4628 so we can make this right.
Great experience from start to finish . May be a bit pricey but the quality of materials is probably worth it depending on how you value money . The workers did my job in 2 days and that included a complete tear off and replacement. Clean-up was great and I’m not easy to please as I’m a neat freak .Erie Roofing is top notch Company . Thank you .
