Although Erik asked me many times to leave him a 5 star review I have to be honest. He was not responsive and untrustworthy. I would highly recommend reading your contract thoroughly when working with him.

I take concerns about my integrity and responsiveness seriously, and I believe it is important to provide the full context of your sale.
Your property was originally listed in August 2025 with Mysti Jones, BRE #01949713. After approximately 10 months on the market, Mysti contacted me in June 2026 and asked me to collaborate on the listing. She explained that she had exhausted her options and wanted a fresh perspective. She mentioned my track record, local connections, and success selling homes as reasons for reaching out.
I accepted the challenge and delivered what I was asked to accomplish. During my first month, the property received increased exposure and more showings than in any previous month, and we secured a buyer. The sale closed in July at the same asking price in place when I became involved, without an additional price reduction. These listing details and sale history, is an easy simple search and public records on 25 Pamela Jane Ct, Oroville, CA 95966, and can be viewed on Realtor.com
Regarding the paperwork, Mysti remained involved throughout the transaction. You had two agents from separate offices reviewing the documents, and I reduced my commission to help complete your sale. I was asked to carry forward the same conditions as your previous agreement. You reviewed the paperwork, asked questions, received answers, and signed documents at multiple stages with the agents and, ultimately, the title company. My understanding throughout that process was that your questions had been addressed. If there is a specific provision you believe was unclear or different from what we discussed, I am willing to review it with you directly.
Regarding responsiveness, our management system maintains timestamped communication records. After reviewing those records, I found no call or text that went unanswered for more than a few hours. That documented history does not support the statement that I was unresponsive.
Your review was unexpected because, when the transaction closed in July, you thanked us for our work, and I understood that we had finished on positive terms. Learning several months later that you felt differently was surprising, but I still take your feedback seriously.
I have also spoken with other parties involved in the transaction, who expressed surprise at the review given the work required to complete the sale. From my perspective, even a five star review would not fully capture the effort and collaboration that went into achieving that result. That does not mean you owe anyone a particular rating and you are entitled to share your honest experience.
Over 15 years in business, I have worked hard to build a reputation out of transparency, service, and results. I have 99.1% client satisfaction rate and a 82% return from repeat business. That work includes relationships with federal and state agencies. I value the trust from everyday individual clients and government agencies that believe in those values from my business.
I stand behind my work and the outcome we achieved: a property that had been on the market for approximately 10 months that was secured by a buyer within my first month of involvement, without another price reduction. I also recognize that a successful sale does not mean there is nothing to learn from your experience. I remain available for a respectful phone conversation to discuss your specific concerns. I take criticism seriously and will make improvements where they are warranted. I wish you the best and appreciate the opportunity to respond.
