First off I wanna thank Earnst for being honest people. Meineke wanted me to replace the control arms for $2,800. I took it to Earnst since they quoted me $1,400; I get call saying “Ma’am why do you wanna replace the control arms they’re completely fine?” Well I was told they were loose & cracked so I needed them replaced urgently before I went to Dallas for half week for school. Well there wasn’t a damn thing wrong with them other than some worn rubber from normal wear & tear. Thank you for not taking advantage of me & my Husband. Especially as a younger woman who can’t take the time to understand every detail going on with my car. We completely expected to pay the $1,400 today and we’re so glad we didn’t have too. Now I can put that money towards my car note & school! Thank you again!
