If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, this is your sign to hire Eili! Wedding planning can be overwhelming, but Eili makes the process so much more manageable by keeping you organized, breaking down priorities, sending reminders, and thinking of all the little details you might never think of. She is the queen of details and no idea is too big for her. She has relationships with a library of vendors which was so helpful knowing everyone was working together as a team. Her attention to detail and positive attitude make her an absolute joy to work with. I truly believe your wedding planner is the most important vendor you hire because they are the ones coordinating with everyone else to make sure your day runs smoothly. Eili was hands down my favorite person we hired, and her entire team was just as wonderful (special shoutout to Cassie!). I know hiring a wedding planner is a luxury, but I would cut back in other areas of your budget to make room for Eili because being able to fully enjoy your wedding day without a worry is worth every penny!

Eili & Kass were beyond helpful and made the last 3mo less hectic for us. They were both such a pleasure to be around, navigated all the emails with vendors, and quickly responded to my texts/emails with all my random questions! They did all of our set up/tear down & made our big day flow seamlessly! Would highly recommend!

Eili was an absolute life saver! I cannot recommend her or her team enough. We had a rocky start to the wedding planning process and Eili jumped right in and provided so much insight with a smile on her face! She is such a joy to be around and everyone felt it on wedding day. Her pleasant and willing attitude is exactly what you need for all things wedding planning!! She not only handled logistics, but she also helped with design and decor. I could show her a photo and she would bring it to life! My husband and I are both busy in graduate school and Eili just made our lives so much easier during the whole process.

We hired Eili for our daughter & son-in-law’s wedding and I can’t rate her high enough. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. She was so helpful during the planning, she gave great suggestions to help keep us on budget and helped keep the timeline realistic. She was as responsive 14 months away from the wedding as she was the week of the wedding. I can’t even begin to imagine how we could have juggled the wedding day without her and her team. I personally saw Eili sew up one groomsmen’s torn seam on the side of his pant in a matter of five minutes. She handled endless questions c from other vendors, my daughter, my son-in-law, the grooms parents, my husband, and myself effortlessly. If you’re wavering on hiring a coordinator, don’t & if you’re wondering who, this is your girl! Thank you Eili!! Seriously, we couldn’t have done it without you and you made it so much more enjoyable instead of stressful.

Planning a wedding can be very stressful. Eili Oliver was a stress reliever. Making decisions can be incredibly hard. Eili was very patient and gave great counsel to get things accomplished. We were very anxious trying to plan a large wedding with the bride-to-be far away. Eili was encouraging and optimistic and added a flair for fun. The evening of the wedding, we all had a ball! Eili was critical in making this the most memorable night of our daughter’s life! My husband and I cannot recommend Eili enough. She is the sweetest wedding planner extraordinaire! Margee Niemann

Working with Eili was hands down the best decision we made during the entire wedding process. I genuinely do not think I will ever be able to fully explain how grateful I am for everything she did or how incredibly talented she is. The wedding was more beautiful and more perfect than I could have ever imagined, and now that it’s over, I keep thinking about how lucky I was to have had Eili guiding everything behind the scenes and making the entire experience feel so effortless. Eili is incredibly talented at what she does. She is organized, dependable, calm under pressure, and effortlessly good at making things happen. Throughout the entire process, she made everything feel manageable and under control, even with countless moving parts and me being in medical school while living on a small island in the Caribbean for most of the planning process. Between school, being out of the country, important exams, moving across the U.S. less than a month before the wedding, starting clinical rotations, and just life in general, I was not always the most responsive, involved, or hands-on bride. I simply did not have the time or mental bandwidth to fully immerse myself in the process, and that definitely made Eili’s job a lot harder. Despite that, she kept everything moving seamlessly, never once made me feel stressed, behind, or guilty, and somehow managed to pull off the most incredible wedding I could have ever imagined. It was truly perfect, and I know it was all because of Eili. What impressed me most about Eili was not just how organized, dependable, and on top of everything she was, but also how gracefully she handled everything that came with planning a large wedding with an incredibly (and annoyingly) uninvolved bride. She navigated family dynamics, budgets, logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and countless details with so much patience and professionalism. No matter what was happening, Eili made everything feel calm and under control. I knew I could trust Eili completely throughout the entire process, and now that the wedding is over, I can confidently say that trust was more than deserved. And then there was the wedding itself — the entire day flowed effortlessly and was beyond anything I could have imagined. Every transition, every vendor, every timeline detail, and every behind-the-scenes moving part was handled so seamlessly that I never once had to think about logistics or what was happening next. I was able to truly enjoy the day and be fully present, which is something I will always be grateful for. The florals were unreal, the décor was breathtaking, and every single detail felt intentional, elevated, and perfectly done. Walking into the reception for the first time genuinely did not feel real — it was one of those moments where I could not believe it was my wedding or that it was actually real life. It didn’t just look beautiful — it was absolutely breathtaking. Guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was and how perfectly the entire night came together. Eili pulled off the wedding of my dreams, and I am still at a loss for words. I truly cannot imagine having gone through this process with anyone other than Eili. If you are looking for a wedding planner who is insanely talented, organized, reliable, creative, understanding, patient, kind, and capable of bringing a vision to life in a way that is even better than you could have imagined, Eili is the girl for you. I cannot recommend her enough.

Absolutely loved working with Eili at ERO Weddings! From the lead-up meetings to the wedding day itself, she was organized, professional, and such a value-add. I cannot recommend ERO weddings enough. We got engaged in November- and set our date for August, so needless to say we had to plan quick. Not only that- I was pregnant and very newly postpartum throughout the planning process. I was so nervous I would be overwhelmed with all the planning-- but Eili made sure that wasn't the case. She was punctual, answered every single phone call within seconds, positive attitude (always), organized, flexible, and knowledgeable. My wedding was something out of a fairytale- and I have her and her team to thank! They truly made my vision come to life. 11/10 experience!
