The entire team at ERS was incredibly professional, reasonable, and very easy to work with. They suggested multiple options to have our deck remodeled and screened in, all while meeting our budget and wishes. From start to finish, every step of the way was communicated to us, and we were continuously provided updates when applicable. The contractor teams that were utilized did an incredible job with a high degree of perfection and attention to detail. After receiving multiple quotes from their competitors in the area, I can confidently say that we made the right choice going with Lyle and his team at ERS Construction!

ERS did a wonderful job upgrading our deck and providing suggestions to complete our vision for outdoor space. The crew came and crush this project in a reasonable time frame - friendly and respectful throughout. We differently will use again when time to add another bathroom. Thank you ERS!

These people are awesome, even outside of work. They were in the area finishing up some work when we lost our dog and they helped us find him and I can't thank them enough for that.

Working with ERS Construction was a great experience from start to finish. We wanted to tear down a very old raised back deck and replace it with an enclosed 3 season room. Beginning with Kaz to start working on our idea and check on what was going to be feasible. He was quick, responsive, and diligent in his efforts to make sure we were fully on the same page before getting things started. Along the way Lyle and Dylan were both helpful if ever needed and jumped at any chance to help if needed. Daniel, our project manager and main contact once the construction began was constantly keepings us updated on progress, permits, timeline, and upcoming plans. They delivered an awesome final product on a very quick timeline for the scope.
Recently hired ERS for a laundry room remodel and we are very happy with the results! They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions and communicated well.

ERS did an amazing job with my screened in porch. I had a vision for a small porch with classic Southern style and they delivered. The construction was solid and they took care of everything. They constantly communicated, used high quality materials, and offered suggestions. I could not be happier!!!

They inspected our old deck and it was decided that we needed a new one for safety of us and our children and they helped us with quotes for every design we were thinking of and even offered their insights. When it came time to build the deck they kept us in the loop the whole time and the crew was super nice. After seeing them walk on the deck as they were still building it we knew that not only is their work solid but they trust it. Our kids had a blast watching them build our deck. The attention to detail that they had with the construction really stood out to us with them sanding down the handrails and rounding them so it wouldn’t be a hard corner was the cherry on top. If we ever need work again we will be calling them.
