Escondido Sports Massage

Helps with my injury recovery

I came to Jivan for the first time after running 75 miles for some post race recovery. I left the session feeling way better than when I first arrived and I noticed the difference in my body the following days. Jivan is dedicated and great with the service and knowledge he provides.

I’ve been working with Jivan on a weekly basis for the past few months, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. I’ve struggled with some pretty serious neck and shoulder discomfort for over a year, and thankfully, I crossed paths with Jivan. The difference he’s made in such a short amount of time has been incredible. He truly knows his craft and has worked absolute wonders for me. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail are second to none. I couldn’t recommend him enough. 10/10 experience all around. Thank you, Jivan! 🙏🏼

Jivan is outstanding at what he does and knows exactly how to tailor the massage based on how I feel on the day. I have been visiting him every couple of months for the past year and I highly recommend him. He has a great energy and I always feel better after seeing him. He allows me to perform at my best as an athlete and he’s my go to guy for recovery.

I had a great experience. Jivan was very attentive to my issue and sized up the problems and addressed them with skill. I’ll be coming back for more treatment in the future and highly recommend him. Great skills, demeanor and great communication.

Wicked plantar fasciitis 80% gone after one session! Jivan is pleasant to deal with and a master at inflicting pain...the good kind. If you want to get to work, this is the place.

Jivan is wonderful. I came in 16 years post traumatic ankle surgery with limited movement and maximum pain in my back, legs and shoulders. After moving here to Escondido, I wanted to become more active and focus on my health, which means being able to move, pain free. I am hiking and getting active again thanks to his techniques over the last few months. I highly recommend his services, especially if you are wanting to become more active again after an injury, no matter how long ago it was.

Jivan is absolutely AMAZING! He was able to assess my leg pain within minutes, manipulate the muscle that was causing my pain, and give me "homework" so I could work on it on my own later. Honestly, I came in to his office walking with a limp and left with an almost normal stride again. I'm so grateful to have found a skilled practitioner who truly understands the biomechanics of the human body.

Excellent and skilled in treating my knee 7 months after a meniscus surgery to improve flexibility and functionality. Comfortable massage table and room.

Loved it. Great massage. Really listens to what your body needs. Very personable. Highly recommend
