Every step in the process -- from the estimate to installation to servicing -- has been nothing short of flawless. This is a company that makes sure I understand all the details in order to get the most out of my new HVAC. If I ever move and need a new system, I'd make sure I call these folks.
Even after purchasing the heat pump from them and document mentioning 5 year of workmanship warranty, I am still getting charge for visitation fee, and installation fees. Installation feee is too high.
We are without heat at our place for almost a week now.

Working with Essential Heating and Air was a great experience since the beginning, I’m glad I found them and after reading all their reviews I knew I couldn’t go wrong. They were very fast to contact me back and schedule an appointment, when they came to my home they gave me all the information so I could understand what was needed and everything very clear and detailed. The replacement of my furnace was very fast and the technicians were very professional. The 10 years warranty is definitely one of the biggest reasons I went with them and the financing options made it very easy as well. 100% recommended!

We had a system installed. Salesman was Great. After instalation, my wife was given a 30 second crash corse I n both Units installed as they left for the day. She is Disabled, and they did not take the time to explain the operation. She was partially Blind, and was left with 4 booklets to figure out afterwards how to operate the Units. I called on 4 occasions to have a Technician to come out and explain to me The Husband how to operate being a Disabled Veteran, and having undergone a Major operation this past couple weeks. And recovering from it. 4 times calling and scheduling for a Technician to come out, it finally happened today. Very Disappointed in the Customer Service received shortly after trying to get someone out here only, to have Disapointment time after time with a "NO Show". But the Technician came today after 5th Attempt, and he made it Good. Was very polite, professional, and addressed our Concerns.Thank you and the Technician so very much...
