I had a great experience with EST Insulation. They were professional, timely, and, most importantly, very considerate while working in my home. They kept everything clean and left the house in great shape after each visit. I would highly recommend EST Insulation to anyone looking for insulation work!
Nick, Ben and the rest of the EST team have serviced two of my homes, making significant improvements to our quality of life in our homes. Both times the crew were polite, kind, well spoken, clean, tidy and responsive to our needs. They are busy and booked up for a great reason - they are the kind of operators that you trust with your home, they do continuing education and training, and they are diligent workers. Passive insulation retrofitting, new construction builds - get them involved and they will do you right. No pressure quotes, but don't wait. If you're going to be in your home more than 3 years, book them. Like they say - you can find someone cheaper; but will you be as happy? EST is my choice every single time.
Attic insulation in a very old house. Professional, reliable. Would recommend.
Very professional team starting at initial assessment through clean up! Constant Forman onsite thought out entire process. He explained every step as it went along and took time to answer questions. The job included removal of layers of old insulation and installation of new. Special care was taken due to my diagnosis of asthma. Things were so clean I did not have to leave my home during the job. Better yet my thermostat has not gone above 70 all winter and my home stayed nice and toasty all winter. Highly recommend this team.
EST insulated my attic on both sides of our duplex a few years ago, and it has been a total game-changer. Our third floor would hit 60 or even dip into the 50's during the winter months. Now that it's below 0 out, our third floor is just as warm as the rest of the house, and our electric bills have gone down considerably since they installed the insulation. I am so grateful to Ben and his team. They were great about communicating with us through the whole process and were in and out in a few days.
Thank you Angela!
Insulated my garage's exterior walls with dense packed cellulose. Pricing was fair and in line with another company. Everyone I interacted with was professional and friendly. I noticed an immediate difference in the temperature of my garage, and won't have to spend as much to condition the living spaces above it. Highly recommend EST!
EST Insulation installed whole insulation in our home and we are so pleased with their work and the results it’s provided us in energy efficiency savings! It’s has made quite a difference in sealing our home and providing consistent temperatures throughout our house. Nick and his EST team are easy to work with and make sure you’re involved and aware of everything being done. We are so happy we chose EST for our insulation projects!
We upgraded our entire home’s attic insulation—both the main attic and the space above the garage—and EST recommended a tailored mix of cellulose and spray foam for the best performance in each area. Their crew absolutely nailed it. With our kids home on summer break, we were especially concerned about respiratory safety; EST took that seriously, fully sealing their work areas and even using an alternate entry to keep disruption inside the house to a minimum. They were professional, punctual, and so considerate that at times it felt like they weren’t even here. The experience was better than we could’ve hoped for. If you’re planning to upgrade or redo your insulation, we highly recommend the team at EST.
This spring, I had an involved and complicated upstairs/attic mold remediation and insulation project. EST handled this project - from recommending a very thoughtful and clever and well explained approach, to estimate, to execution and outcome especially - exactly the way I would have done it had I had the equipment, experience, and skill to do it for myself. That alone is so refreshing and reassuring. Nick and his team even went beyond the estimated/anticipated work, completely of their own volition, no fussing about it, just to be sure it was all done exactly right, and still stuck with an agreed upon price. I'm finally able to add this review because the current ridiculous heat wave has put this project to a real test. And my upstairs is barely warmer than my downstairs. My A/C can keep up no problem now. It's a pretty remarkable improvement and result and overall experience.
Nat, thank you, sir. We appreciate your kind words and trusting us with your home. Enjoy your new insulation!
EST just completed insulating the attic of my 2-car attached garage. Also replaced my decrepit pull down stairway to the attic. They arrived when they said they would and were in and out in one day. Insulation was also installed under the flooring which is not visible in the photos. Very professional and the quality of their work appears to be top notch. Highly recommend!
